Beautiful villa only a few steps in side street from beach, shops, restaurants and main shopping center. We enjoyed privacy, cleanes and very kind hotel crew. It is perfect stay for couple days or longer holiday as we did.

Wifi was not so good but once we asked hotel crew for support it improves, but still not ideal for remote work.

was perfect hospitality, very quiet , clean, close to shopping and to airport , perfect to spend last days before leaving to the airport. pool was clean, the place is hidden from noise of loud Kuta but is super close to the main shopping gallery .

no place to cook, no kitchen, but a lot of restaurants around and delivery works good, so it’s not a problem

I arrived at 23:30 and was helped with a smile. The checkin was smooth. The location was very discreet rooms emaculate, very private and discreet. One feels as though you in your own private villa. Facilities in the room (tv, Aircon, kettle) were all very new and working perfectly. Best place i stayed in bali in the 11 nights.

The bath/shower did not drain fast enough.

Located just a short 5-min walk from the busy main road, the villa offered a peaceful vibe and fresh air. Cars could reach the villa's front gate so transportation wasn't an issue. The room was spacious and well decorated. Bed was comfy, AC was functional and the TV worked with a variety of local and international channels.

Sound-proofing was basically non-existent as we could clearly hear people talking outside. Every morning we were awaken at around 6-7am due to such noises. There was no mirror lighting in the bathroom so I couldn't see much on my face. It might be difficult for ladies to do their makeup too. The towels looked pretty old.

Beautiful property especially the villa- roomy, great Indonesian design - a stunning oasis in a busy city. Easy walk to the beach and other amenities. Super friendly and helpful staff.

A little early cleaning the exterior- could wait till 8 or 9am instead of starting at 6:30am

excellent location. minutes walk to Kuta Beach and Beachwalk Mall. the 1-bedroom villa is comfortable for two people. comes with a fully functioned kitchen and private swimming pool. aircons are working well and bathroom is surprisingly clean. friendly staff who are willing to give us a motorbike ride through the flood in front of villa after a heavy rain

water leakage in bathroom thought not a big problem. the streets in front of villa got flooded when there is heavy rain and impossible to walk (staff kindly offered a ride. thanks much!). walls are not very sound proof as we can hear our neighbours partying at night.

I booked a villa with private pool. After check-in we were showed to the villa. I did not realize I will get such a value for my money. The ground floor is a spacious living room with comfy couch and armchair and TV. Upstairs was the spacious bedroom and bathroom. Connected to the living area was the private pool which is really private (maximum privacy), it is big enough for chilling. There is also dining area and a kitchen (which I was not aware it had, so it was quite a surprise). Receptionist/housekeeping lady was extremely friendly and always checked in the morning if there is something we would need. She also hid our scooter helmet we left outside when it started raining so they would not be soaking wet. Much appreciated. Another big plus is that you on the main street next to Kuta beaches so plenty of life, however, the villa is situated so well that you do not hear a thing in bedroom and can sleep peacefully. The communal pool has a nice sitting/sunbathing area and is also quite large

Nothing comes to mind at the moment. Maybe a small leak from the sink in bathroom, however, it was only a few drops and we were provided with a towel that was changed daily so it would not bother us. Wi-Fi does not reach pool that well but had SIM card so did not matter.

Excellent value for money

Quiet place in the middle of chaotic Kuta. Good bed, large bathroom, nice decoration. Friendly staff. Clean and cozy. I did not have the problems some others mentioned: staff wasn't noisy, AC worked fine and mosquitos didn't bother (all you have to do is follow the basic rule of keeping doors and windows closed after 4pm)

To be honest, they do not sell it as a "private" villa, but I was expecting more privacy. The internal patio of the villa can be seen from the outside, as well as the interior of the rooms. On top of that, the staff enters the villa to clean the patio before 7am. There are glass doors everywhere, so prepare to keep curtains closed.

it’s secluded location and the one bed villa was amazing with its own private pool. It was so clean and the girls were lovely who work there.
