The properties have special onsen/laundry room and near the walking street on the end

The staff was not helpful such as I ask them to call for a taxi a day before my flight. They say they already try calling and there’s no pick up. And they tell me to loading taxi go or something which require japanese phone number. Myself as a international traveller wouldn’t have a japanese phone number. I have ask them to request a number to put in the app as they cannot call a taxi for me, they have refuse to do so and tell me try grabbing my own taxi by myself the next morning. This is the first ever hotel where I requested the frontdesk to call taxi and have send my request back for myself to do so. The next day, i need to wake up early in the morning stand in-front of the hotel looking for my taxi by myself. I can stay this is the first ever hotel where I stay all around the world cannot accommodate in calling a taxi for the guest who been staying around 14 nights at the same hotel.

The room was clean, there was enough space to be comfortable if you only have bags. It is well placed in the center of the city close to several facilities and Konbinis. A lot of space in the bathrrom as well.

The room was very hot, and it was barely possible to pen the window. And it did not allow to cool down the room, and there is no AC. Also, the pillows were not good, I could not sleep properly and was very tired at the end.

Fairly standard business hotel room with unit bath that you would find in Japan. The room was much larger than I expected. And offered great value for the money I had paid especially during the snow festival.

It is a bit old and dated, but that might be a charming to some people.

Within Sapporo city, next to Odori Park - which is perfect for the Snow Festival. Close to other modes of transport. Friendly staff as well.

Very outdated furniture within the room, some of the fixtures in the room was also broken or loose.

The location is good! Near the bus station and dotonburi shopping street. Service staffs are nice and hospitable.

The room cleanliness was discouraging. Upon entering the room, it felt musty and the carpet floor has many stains. I hope they take some time to renovate the rooms to make it more presentable to the guests.

nothing the property was very dirty and very low class. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I would never recommend this hotel to stay in.

the room provided was not good. the central heater outlet was placed near the bathroom which was near one of the twin beds, so the other bed was not getting the heat. the room plan was also kind awkward and the space was not well planned. only green tea sachets were provided, no option of coffee and with that only two paper cups were provided per day. the ventilation was not good. also the hotel lobby was also dark and not inviting.
