Nous avons passé un excellent séjour malgré la météo très défavorable, l'appartement était très grand et confortable, la terrasse très agréable, le personnel était accueillant et certains parlent le français. La piscine était grande et le sauna assez accessible. Un parking souterrain est aussi proposé, c'est top !

Fantastic location in the middle of central Portugal overlooking the lake. Great looking hotel, very spacious, large apartment which was exceptionally clean. just loved everything about this apartment hotel.
nothing to dislike though as it’s self catering there are no food facilities on site but cafes and sister hotel restaurant within 2 minute car journey.

Beautiful location! Amazing place to stay and relax at. the pool was so nice!!! Rooms were very large, and super clean!!!
Staff didn’t seem super friendly, could have been a language barrier issue possibly but we felt like we were bothering them from the moment we arrived 😬

the apartments are big with everything you may need, great views and very clean. the bed linen and bed with great quality.
we didnt need it but the sofa bed is very uncomfortable to sleep there.
the closest restaurant dont do take away.

We loved everything about this property. The apartment was big, comfy and very clean. There was essentials in the fridge and tea coffee and biscuits. Comfy beds. The view over the lake was incredible.The staff were friendly.

The location is beautiful and the staff was nice and helpful. The room view was great and the size was nice.
They could have had a few more plates and kitchen accessories. A kitchen towel is an obvious miss too.

The views, the pool, the fact that it wasn't too busy, the easy access to the river/lake and it was nice to have several activities included such as the SUP, tennis, bikes, etc.
Unavailability of cardiofitness equipment at the gym, coul have more parking space.

It said free toiletries, this was one small bar of soap, the supposed shower gell in containers on the wall was no better than water, I have never seen such poor shower gel in my life.Also they advertise crazy golf, this consisted of two broken holes

Great location near the lake. Excellent views of the surrounding area. Great pool to relax, and we also enjoyed the free ride on the "gaivota" (they also offer bike rides, tenis, minigolf and stand-up paddle free of charge). This was our second stay and the appartment facilities were also great. Will come back again!
For the price, the couches on the living room of the apartment could be more confortable. Also, some kitchenware needed a replacement.

The rooms are amazing, well decorated, comfortable and clean. The view is breathtaking. Perfect place to relax, couples or families.
We missed having a bar or a snack bar in the premises. But other than that it was excellent.
