The property was in a great location walking distance to moulin rouge, bars restaurants shops etc. The property itself was clean and felt safe. The welcome booklet was useful.

The two bedrooms at the front were difficult to sleep in with the noise in the street (from a bar) which went on until about 2am. The windows were only single glazing so you can hear everything. It would have been helpful also to have better blinds in these particular bedrooms. The bedroom at the back was quiet and comfortable. There was a tv but I had no idea how to get it to work, which would have been useful to distract tired kids.

L'appartement est idéalement placé dans Montmartre proche de tous les centres d'intérêts, de 2 stations de métro, de la rue des Abbesses, de la rue Lepic...Claude est très accueillant et très gentil. Il a plein de bons conseils et est très disponible et réactif pour répondre aux messages. L'appartement est très spacieux avec 3 chambres et 2 WC avec lavabo. Lits très confortables.

Les seuls points négatifs sont le manque de lumière naturelle dans la pièce à vivre, et, même si le.proprietaire n'y est pour rien, comme cela a été mentionné dans de nombreux autres commentaires, les 2 chambres côté rue sont très bruyantes la nuit à cause des bars à proximité. Mes ados ont peu dormi. En revanche la chambre côté cour est très calme, nous n'avons rien entendu et très bien dormi.

A very warm and friendly welcome (merci beaucoup, Claude) into the heart of Montmartre. Great location puts you in easy reach of bars, restaurants and shops and is only a short walk from the Sacre Cœur. Apartment clean and spacious and had everything we were looking for. Would happily book again

Perfect location

The location is great. My favourite part of Paris. Very comfy beds and lots of space.

It’s a bit worn, apart from the beds which are very fresh and comfy. Everything else is a bit used. There was a lot of noise outside on the Friday night. Until about 3am. My son slept in one of the front facing rooms and it was a rough night.

We had made a reservation for six people. However, one of our friend's visa was denied. Despite this, tourism tax was also collected for those whose visa was refused.

Wonderfully helpfull booklet,great advice, really lovely to deal with. Fantastic location. Great size.

Nothing we loved it.

The apartment had a comfortable bed and the location was very good.

It was not very clean and felt run down, paint peeling off the walls, shower not very clean, someone else’s rubbish in the draws. one of the water heaters was dripping, there was building works right outside the bedroom window all day from 9am. The apartment sleeps 6 but the shower didn’t stay hot beyond about 3 showers. This is not somewhere we felt that we wanted to hang out for very long.
