Spettacolare casa sul lungomare situata all'estremità meridionale del lago Normanno in un punto vicino a un lotto non sviluppato che offre privacy e comfort sostanziali. Goditi ampie vedute estese del Lago Norman e del canale principale, ma ha i vantaggi di essere in una baia tranquilla con traffico limitato. La gran brezza arriva quasi tutto il giorno.

The house and location are both just fantastic. Home has everything you need to just sit back and enjoy the views. Back porch was a hit for relaxing and reading. Still close to some great restaurant choices and shopping. The owner contacts were also top notch, very impressive from booking to when we left the home. Highly recommend this property if you are looking for a relaxing time on Lake Norman!

The property is very lovely with a beautiful view of the water from the screened porch. Our family gathered for a graduation which included ages 92 to 5. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to cook for a gathering. The beds are comfortable. We brought board games, but the house had several to pick from. Our family enjoyed the competition in the garage playing air hockey & ping pong! The dock is adequately capable of handling a wake surf boat with good tie offs and water depth. The location of the home is very convenient to the boat launch, grocery store and restaurants. The property owner communicates with quick response and is very pleasant to visit with! We will return!

We enjoyed our week in this home away from home on Lake Norman. It has everything you could need while on vacation. The kitchen is beautifully redone and fully stocked. The beds are comfortable and have very cozy bedding. The bathrooms are both very spacious and have plenty of room for your things. We loved using the kayaks and paddle boards to explore the cove every morning. The small beach area and shallow water to walk into are nice for swimming. The deck is very nice for sitting outside and has a lot of shade. The screen porch is great too! This home is in a nice quiet neighborhood. We were so comfortable here and were sad to leave. We didn't want it to end.

The home has a gorgeous view of the lake with a dock and generous amenities. Our host, Sara, kept in constant communication with us ensuring we were comfortable and answered any questions that arose. Our kids played on the beach, road the provided kayaks and paddle boards, and the neighbors were kind enough to give them beach toys they used for the week. The kitchen is well equipped so we cooked or grilled most nights. The home is conveniently located near multiple grocery stores. We rented a pontoon from Safe Harbor Westport which is a short car ride and boat ride away, and we docked it on the property when we needed to take a break. I can't speak highly enough of this property and our hosts and highly recommend it.

The owners, Sara and Terry, thought of every little detail and more. Lake Norman was on my hit list for a while and I booked the house for a family vacation with my wife and adult kids. The house was spotless, well equipped, very comfortable and the view is amazing. Sara was great checking in to make sure everything was fine and was very responsive answering questions. My wife summed it up best when she said it felt like we were staying at a friends house. Five stars for sure!

I cannot say enough about my stay, from the moment I landed the Hosts were accommodating beyond measure! The property is located at the end of a beautiful street that over looks the Lake, with your own private dock and beach area for those warm summer days. I’ve already booked my return stay for the summer with the family and cannot wait to experience the long days of summer together.
I highly recommend this property, it is in a perfect location and fully stocked with anything you can possibly could need.
Sara and Terry, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for all that you did for me and making sure my stay was as wonderful that it truly was. See you in the summer!

The property was perfect for our needs. It was right on the water but had some privacy from other homes. We used the kayaks almost every day and enjoyed floating on the lake on the hot afternoons. The house was well stocked with all the amenities you need for vacation.

House was very nice, clean, well stocked. Description was accurate. Had great time on the lake swimming, paddle boards, and kayaks. Also rented boat from nearby marina.

Excellent Vacation
My family and I had a wonderful time! The host was amazing. The home had everything you could ask for and available all week in case we needed anything. Quiet lake, easy boat rentals right around the corner that you could dock right at the property. Wonderful activities near by. My family hopes to return.

One of the best maintained, well stocked, and clean VRBOs that I've rented. The home has a very fresh, clean and updated vibe with beautiful decor to include what appears to be a lot of prints of personal photographs. The furniture is well maintained and newer - we only used the Master Bedroom & Bath but it was very clean and comfortable. The view of the lake from the Master Suite & the Deck is really nice and it's a very short couple of steps to the dock from the house. The house was, by far, the most well stocked home we've rented - there was nothing that we ran into that we needed that it didn't have - from kitchen utensils, throw blankets, plenty of pillows and down to even the little things like q-tips in the bathroom! We were there in October for some fall bass fishing and the location was great! It was close to so many great areas to fish and also to a lot of fun places on the Lake to eat / drink. The view from the dock was gorgeous for Sunrise AND Sunset! It's also really close - within a couple miles from a public ramp so it was convenient to launch the boat for the week. If I had to say 1 thing that I wish was different - the driveway & beautiful landscaping around the driveway made it a little difficult to manuever the trailer & park it for the week. I wouldn't say you should hesitate at all to rent because of this but it's just something to be aware of and plan for :) As far as the location- the house was very close to grocery stores, gas stations and restaurants / bars which was also very convenient and the neighborhood felt very safe.

I loved sitting out on the dock at night and early in the morning- it was so peaceful and a prime location on the lake with a stunning view! I miss my morning coffees on the water.....The chairs and umbrella out on the dock made it so inviting .... I wanted to sit all day! The home has beautiful flowers in the yard and a ton of charm. Sara (the owner ) even had fresh cut hydrangeas for us in vases throughout the house. The beds and linens were so comfortable and not your typical VRBO. I would highly recommend this rental and we look forward to coming back to this special house full of character and charm in the future.

Location on lake provided beautiful sunrise and spectacular sunsets. The Kayaks provided were in great condition and our son (9) loved our excursion. Our 4 year old daughter enjoyed playing on the small beach. Pontoon boat rental was very close, no need to have it delivered.

Peaceful Getaway on Lake Norman
My husband and I enjoyed this house immensely- so much so that we extended our weeklong stay! Sara was perfect to work with and made us feel very welcome in her beautiful lakeside home. The house is cozy, immaculately clean, and provided everything we could possibly need in a beautiful, quiet setting. We definitely plan to return.

The home was laid out perfectly for interacting with everyone. It has the open concept kitchen, living area and dining area which seats 10!
There is a romantic sunset while having an evening cocktail, a large outdoor deck with grill and patio table attached to the enclosed porch! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything one could ask for!
We rented a pontoon (for a very reasonable price) and cruised the lake. Hiked at the state park.
There is definitely something for everyone. We lucked out in our search!

Just Perfect
This home was just perfect for us in every way! It was impeccably clean and exceptionally well appointed with everything we could have possibly wanted or needed during our stay. Sara, the owner and our main contact was just delightful, attentive and accommodating from start to finish.
Fabulous location and neighborhood setting. Convenient to supermarkets, restaurants and Westport Marina (best pontoon rentals on the lake imho).
The sandy beach area with shallow water was a hit with my 3 young grandkids who visited us daily. Great dock with deep water made boating easy.
A lovely home, wonderful owners, a tremendous experience. Can’t wait to return!

Mini Vaca at the Lake
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. Any questions I had before hand where quickly answered. We ate all meals at the house and everything we could possible need was supplied. (except for the food and a cook. LOL). The house has a great screen porch that we spent the morning and evening time enjoying. The best sunset view are from the dock!! Definitely a stay again kind of home!!

Awesome Lakehome with wonderful owner
This lakehome is absolutely gorgeous with breathtaking sunsets and a gorgeous lake view. The property is nestled under a huge oak tree that provides shade during the day and bright sun at your dock. It’s the best of both worlds. We rented a boat and was able to park it out of the way on the side and still have lots of room to play in the water and fish. Sara was such a wonderful owner, we did not have time to go to the grocery store the first night and she was kind enough to offer us her own waffle mix and syrup for our breakfast. She had the most amazing waffle maker. She was just a phone call away anytime we had a question, which was especially great since she was on vacation at the beach herself. We had just found out that my Mom had cancer two weeks prior to our vacation and so our hearts were really not into the vacation. But Sara was very kind and caring. I would highly recommend renting this property. You will have a wonderful time and have great property owners that are very kind and caring. Also, the screened in porch is wonderful with two ceiling fans to provide a wonderful breeze for you to relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the lake. It also is beautifully landscaped and has gorgeous flowers. I could go on and on about this property. Book your stay today, you will be happy that you did.

Rest and Relation
This was a getaway trip for a some R&R. . We felt right at home from the moment we enter the front door! From the terrific beds, pillows, towels, table settings nicely stocked kitchen and extra amenities...the cleanliness of this home could not have been better. Simply beautiful and comfy .. A fantastic screened in porch with plenty of wicker to lounge on . A well groomed yard, a deck with a lake view and breathtaking sunsets! Thank you for graciously sharing your beautiful home with us. We so enjoy the beautiful views and the peaceful surroundings! Just what we needed.

This vacation was very relaxing and peaceful.
The home is located in a quiet area on the SW side of lake Norman, just a short drive from I-77
The homeowner met us at the house, gave us a tour, and answered all our questions.
The home is beautiful, yet comfortable. It is just as it appears in the pictures.
The views of the lake from the house and screened porch are amazing, and get even better from the dock out back.
Not only do the homeowners offer a wonderful lake house vacation rental, but they also provide a variety of lake equipment and toys that you can use if you want to.
There are good local restaurants and things to see and do within a short drive.
I would certainly go back!!

Perfect Spot for Family Lake Vacation
This property is in the perfect location - close to retail and restaurants but private at the same time. My children were jumping off the dock into the lake within minutes of our arrival. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. The owner was very helpful in the time leading up to our stay and throughout. We hope to return soon!
