Good location, historical building, beautiful room

Very weak AC, small WC, no mirror in the room, just small one in the toilet, breakfast could be better - mostly sweet options. Furniture needs to be fixed

The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. Location is fabulous, just VERY hard to find. It is right next door to a pharmacy. It has a black gate and small brass plaque with name on wall next to it. You have to ring buzzer to go in. Breakfast room and staff lovely!

The room was small and felt overall bleak. There were large yellow stains on the bed’s headboard and a dankness smell in the room. While lifting up the duvet on the bed, we saw the dust floating up. There were no night tables but only very small shelves, whose purpose there was hard to grasp. The room’s windows were facing Genova’s Strada Sopraelevata and it would have been nice to know this beforehand, if mentioned in the room’s description, while booking it. Lastly, the breakfast did offer some cakes, although for a buffet one the food & drinks selection was extremely limited..I found astonishing that there were no water glasses, but only big cups placed on the tables, no real bread, but toast bread only..in Italy!! Very baffling was also the tables disposition in the breakfast room..three big communal tables, regardless of privacy and social distancing. We felt what we paid was not commensurate to the service we got.

The room was so much smaller than expected, and the bathroom was the size of a closet. Too small for 4!

Breakfast was very good. Super central location. The windows kept out the noise of the busy street very well.

No soap in the bathroom, not even hand-soap. Bathroom and room in general really need renovations. Photos make the rooms look prettier than they are. Parking was a nightmare. Finally decided to park at the Parkhouse Marina in the garage. It was 5 Minute walk from the hotel, cost 15€/day and was worth every cent.

Our room was lovely and beautifully furnished/decorated. The location was perfect and the staff are extremely friendly and pleasant. The homemade cake at breakfast was delicious also. I would definitely recommend staying here!

What a nice surprise I found in Genoa. A room that took me back in time, bellissimo. Very comfortable bed. I loved the breakfast, served in the upstairs room, all of it with refinement. The host very kind. I recommend.

Security of entry a little tricky.

Location is perfect, right in the historical centre and not far from the train station. I landed late, so I had self check-in, the instructions for which were exceptionally detailed and clear. The hotel is an old palace and the room is beautiful. Excellent Wi-Fi and amazing breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

We liked everything

Everything was above our expectations. First of all, the structure is located right in the middle of the City Center, two steps away from the aquarium and 5 minutes walking from the cathedral. The room was big, clean and comfortable. The beds were great and soft and the property was super nice and available for every request.

Nice, clean room in a building located in the old port, confortable bed.

One downside is the noise due to intense trafic.

The air conditioner in our room while set at 17C did not cool the room down enough. There was a portable dehumidifier set up in the room so maybe it was a temporary problem with the air conditioning/heat pump unit. Other than that room was comfortable and very clean.)
