Gostamos da localização, mas para achar o hotel foi um pouco complicado, pois as ruas precisam de sinalização.

O quarto não tem tomadas suficientes, quer dizer tem umas duas tomadas. Insuficiente qdo reservado para três pessoas.

La ubicación y que pudimos aparcar el coche en la misma puerta. La chica de la recepción fue súper amable, a pesar de no hablar español se esforzó un montón en explicarme todo y ayudarme en todas nuestras dudas. Fue un encanto y muy amable!

The room was big enough for 4 people. Clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing! They were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

It was very clean and the service from the staff was good. It's also very close to the shrine. There is also a restaurant in the facility, which is convenient (although we didn't eat there). Our rooms had balconies from which there was a nice view of the basilica. There was also plenty of light in the room.

The rooms were very small and had little furniture -- our and our friends' room had only a bed, two night stands and a desk. There was a wardrobe but nothing with drawers to put our clothes in. There wasn't even a chair in either room to sit in. The mattresses on the beds were very hard and very uncomfortable. There was also no climate control in the rooms-- for A/C or heat. We didn't see any vents that heat could come through and no heaters in the rooms, so I have no idea if they are heated. If you want something very basic and you don't mind a hard mattress, it's fine, but if you want something with more room and more comfortable beds I would recommend somewhere else.

Superb location, about 4 blocks away from the sanctuary, we arrived after 10 pm, took a walk to the sanctuary and enjoyed some candle lighting, took some nice pics and walked back, again the location of the property is amazing

The hotel reviews were the reason we booked our stay. Sadly those reviews did not meet our expectations. The hotel is a little worse than a Motel 6. Stinky scratchy towels, hard beds, no coffee or tea. The staff were helpful and friendly. However, I would not stay there again.
