All staff is outstanding.

Walkable distance. Relaxing. Clean. Good entertainment. Youssef (the cleaner) was a legend.

Bathroom needed a lick of paint. Showers leaking. A bit run down some of the buildings.

the automatic coffee machines were broken almost everywhere we went except in the counter in the hotel lobby.

Просто потрясающий отель, понравилось абсолютно все. Всем смело рекомендую. Ниже по пунктам: 1. Шикарный огромный пляж, море огорожено сеткой, ограждение достаточно большое, есть много места поплавать. Море сразу достаточно глубокое, что очень классно, не нужно идти километр до глубины. Чистое, особо не встречала никакой грязи. Места всем хватает. 2. Много всяких баров и на пляже в том числе, не нужно далеко идти за напитком, все под боком. 3. Еда просто супер. Мы на шведский стол ходили только на завтрак, ужинали всегда в ресторанах. Это прямо огромное преимущество отеля - прекрасные рестораны без ограничений по сумме ужина, разная тематика, с видом на анимацию, просто бомба. Особенно понравились рыбный и мясной рестораны. В рыбном ресторане превосходный менеджер, очень приветливый и доброжелательный. 4. Хорошие напитки, в том числе алкогольные. Хорошее вино из бутылок, не из пакетов, как я видела в других пятерках. 5. Прекрасная анимация, лучше в ОАЭ я нигде не видела, на любой вкус. Тут тебе и диджей сеты у бассейна, и живая музыка, и крутые цирковые шоу, и чил. Параллельно анимация на двух сценах на выбор. Очень классно. 5. Спортивные мероприятия днем на любой вкус, аква-аэробика, сапы по утрам, теннис, настольный теннис, волейбол, водное поло, йога. 6. Очень приятный остров Al Marjan, при желании можно выйти за территорию и прогуляться по набережной. Особо интересного ничего там нет, дальше стоят только отели. 7. Очень классный аквапарк на территории. Для детей это всегда важно и прикольно иметь горки в отеле. 8. Нашли потрясающий аквапарк в 15 мин езды от отеля. Рекомендую туда обязательно съездить. Его главное достоинство в том, что там практически не бывает посетителей, при этом все горки в отличном состоянии и можно прямо укататься на чем угодно без очередей. Единственный минус - оттуда трудно вызвать такси и дорого. Мы просили на ресепшн аквапарка нам вызывать, но удобнее, если на арендованной машине.

Took a lot of time for check-in, for which we lost more than 2-21/2 hrs due to the room mix-up and housekeeping. The staff was very understanding and managed to wrap things up on time.

Ambience and facilities were good. Overall experience was very good.

Al carte Restaurant's booking has to be done earlier itself preferably before 5pm which is not acceptable as they should give better restaurant options to guests. My car was given for valet parking and their staff damaged the front underneath aluminium support frame below radiator and bottom shield while parking or removing car from their premises. My car height is comparatively low and they should have taken precaution while manoeuvring such cars. I understand the hotel was overbooked for Eid holidays and they must have tried to park cars on other places other than designated parking bays. I came to know about this only the next week thereafter (after Eid holidays) when notified my concern , they rejected saying it did not happen from their end which is not true as I take good care of my car and I know every bit of my car. I am disappointed with the way they rejected my concern outrigtly and this costed my an additional 3000 dhs to fix the same.

Price is all inclusive. Service is First class.

1. I wish there were more Arabic food variety. 2. get rid of the unpleasant smell in the room, that I think is from the bedding.

Amazing facilities for children, great food selection, ease of roaming around, everything is in close proximity so not alot of walking around

The pool area for kids should definitely have a shade on it, considering it's almost 9 months of summer here in UAE, it makes no sense to have the kids pool without a shade on it Also, pls keep dental kits in the washrooms instead of making the guest ask for them
