it was a good location from the tube station, large comfortable and stylish room with everything we needed. amazing shower as well.

the third night we stayed we had a weird smell in our room which we can only presume was the drains, and the door rattled when doors around it were opened or shut. also there was a leak in our shower in the corner presume it just needs sealing!

nearly everything. was lovely. large Room. quality bed. heating on, hot water. nice pub downstairs. and Greenwich is a pearl, as ever. I lived in greenwich years ago and it will ever get me again.

we waited 25 min for Check in. That was suboptimal.

Fantastic location, such lovely staff, pub and a room that exceeded our expectations. The family room was fantastic and really spacious (great for letting a kid walk around and for all our stuff!). Both the breakfast and evening food were superb. Highly recommend staying here.

if I had to be super picky, the room would do with a brighter light and maybe a chest of drawers (given there was room for one).

The room was very comfortable and very clean with lovely furnishings. The staff were so helpful and very friendly making our,stay enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent with very good quality produce and especially the ssusage so tasty.

The only thing that could have made the stay even better would be a small fridge in the room.

Service for food (both evening and breakfast) was dreadful. We waited an hour for breakfast and when it did finally arrive the bacon was almost raw, and scrabbled egg cremated. staff were, however very apologetic and advised us we wouldn’t have to pay, thankfully. We asked repeatedly for coffee sachets for the room, but they didn’t appear.

Loved the whole vibe of the place, the staff were so lovely and polite! More than helpful! Loved the room and the way the whole hotel was decorated. So clean, modern, comfy beds, great tea and coffee station, food was delicious! Would 100% stay here again the whole vibe of the place was just amazing. The restaurant/bar was so cozy and the interior was to die for! Such a chilled atmosphere. Greenwich has lots of cafes, restaurants bars etc all on the doorstep of the hotel, there’s also a lovely church park that’s right near the hotel it’s a interesting walk full of squirrels and nature. The train station is a 10 minuet walk if that and the 02 is close too. Plenty of Ubers in the area. Overall amazing, thank you for our lovely stay!

The drinks were expensive but it’s london it’s expected! We couldn’t turn off the radiator in the bathroom so it was a little hot in there but opening the window in the room helped and the air con!
