Clean, modern, easy to get to from KLIA. Great courtyard and bar area. Excellent breakfast.

No flexibility or refund on booking should travel plans change. Being an airport hotel, flights can be delayed or changed etc. You should be able to amend your booking here at the very least.

Clean quiet room. Basic utilities but good for short overnight stay. Check in and check out was quick and without hassle. Breakfast had variety and the food was good. The bread and butter pudding was one of the best I’ve tasted. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The steep ramps leading to the hotel and to the walkway. Difficult for the elderly.

The lobby area and Makan restaurant was pleasant especially for a transit hotel in the price range - some of the staff were helpful and friendly, but we also came across staff who were rather half-hearted in their responses to our queries or did not come through with requests such as failing to provide an extra towel to our day room. One thing we appreciated was the delayed checked out of our day room, although we also delayed checking in, but we appreciate our request being granted as it made a difference for us with a late flight out.

We felt that various aspects of the room was not clean, for example the curtains were dirty when I tried drawing them close and I could not close them properly due to the curtain tracks being damaged. The bathroom was grimy-looking, perhaps the staff should have access to better products or training on how to properly clean bathrooms because the tiles looked mouldy. While some of the staff such as in Makan were very polite and courteous, others on the same team may benefit from further training in how to interact in a professional manner with guests and how to trouble-shoot issues such as a dish being cooked an unsatisfactory state or making sure a coffee order comes to the customer hot and not lukewarm because it was sitting there while other drink orders were attended to. A common attitude from staff despite it being quiet, was that a reasonable request felt like too much trouble. Lastly, this was our first time to Tune Hotel KLIA2 and trying to find our way via walking and using the free shuttle from the airport was a bit of a nightmare. There should be a more accurate and detailed sigh postage if a free shuttle is available, but it felt more like navigating a maze to get to the hotel.

Easy check-in process. Beautiful interior. Rooms clean and sufficient. Good value for money. Included a meal and drink as part of my 12-hour booking during a long stopover. Free shuttle bus to KLIA across the street. Convenient location at KLIA2. From the arrival hall all the way along a shopping center and then escalators down to level 1. There are signs guiding you to Tune Hotel.

Location is walking distance to KLIA2 and can easily get to KLIA via KLIA Express train or Airport shuttle. Not too noisy at night.

Can't believe it's a 4 star hotel but didn't provide slippers and toothbrush. They ask for RM 22 for a pair of slippers and toothbrush. All other hotel including 3 star hotel will provide those for free. There's visible thick dust on the door of bathroom. Breakfast prepacked are bad.
