Pretty much everything. The staff were exceptional and room was beautiful. 10/10 would recommend

The hotel is very well located and excellent F&B. Especially the breakfast. The staff are beyond courteous and helpful and as a single woman traveller they took extra care that I was safe and comfortable.
I would have liked a room with a better view...and when I got into the room the housekeeping hadnt left the room tidy . The garbage bin was on the writing desk. These things matter. Housekeeping staff need to be a bit more careful. The next day as well even when I left a Room Make Up sign outside it had to be an extra call to get my room cleaned.

breakfast had many choices and the location is very good.
More choices in in room dining and non spicy food . Spa could be cheaper for in house guests.

Location, and the spa (only the massage) the pool, the sauna and the changing rooms are not 5 star for sure.
Staff at the front desk lacked a smile. Confusion with rooms booked. Price did not match what was quoted on Bookings.com even with taxes added. A lot of faff over a complimentary breakfast and so on. Overall, I will never go back.

Breakfast was good. The manager Pathaan was excellent, a very nice person. We did notice bugs, roaches.. being a city hotel may be hard to control, more deep cleaning may be required.
Price on room service meals are bit high.

Front Desk staff - specifically Mr. Sharafat and the Lady (I forgot her name) who was usually present at the morning and afternoon were extremely supportive and client friendly. They extended all possible support to solve any issue. Managers and staff at dinning - for breakfast and dinner were extremely good too. Overall - the supporting staff team as well as services are super cool.

Mr. Sharafat, the front desk staff was excellent, super friendly and supportive. Dinning managers (both - for breakfast as well as for dinner) were excellent persons too … two excellent persons with smiley faces and supportive hands

I have been staying here for since last 4 years and liked its consistency in providing services in all respect.
I think its over priced at times going by the rates offered by few other star category hotels.

Great breakfast and very helpful waiting staff. Handy informal meeting spot for work in basement. Small but useful gym.
Slight smell of perhaps kerosone outside (and a little inside) my room (masked by incense burning in corridor). NB not so bad that I needed to be ask to be moved. Some gym machines not working when I was there.

exchange rate scam at the counter. ended up paying 15% more than my reservation via Booking
$60 for airport pick up (normal taxi is $5)
…and they still haven’t refunded my $300 deposit after 3 weeks!

The location and size of the room!
The restaurant during dinner time has very strong smell of certain seafoods which can become bothersome because there didnt seem to be enough ventilation!
