1. Staff is perfect. Always smiling and happy to help. 2. Also the location is perfect. Nearby Otaru canal, easy to reach the Otaru JR station. 3. Free coffee machine with aromatic coffee

1. Not clean room. The carpet is very very dirty, the air-con system is old fashion (only 3 option of temperature: low, medium and high ) 2.the bed sheet is gray color instead of white. 😳 the mattress is not comfortable and extremely old and hard. 3. The hotel could arrange only 1 electronic card for the entrance to the room ( even 2 persons stayed). If you go to the onsen need the room card, so how to enjoy the onsen with one entrance card😰

Location was very good as it was within walking distance to the main attractions. Value for money. Bed was comfortable.

Limited lots which were fully reserved even though I requested for a parking lot when I booked 4 months ago. Fortunately, we could find a good parking location nearby and close to Sankaku market. Hotel is a little dated, carpet doesn't look great, airconditioning was very cold even when fan speed was set at low.

Friendly staff. The onsen is new and great! Hotel has parking available. Good free coffee.

The rooms are older and couldn’t use an update.

Our room was very spacious - a living room next to a sleeping area big enough for 3 futon beds. The futon beds were comfortable enough.

However, the bathroom was really tiny and very tight. Wish it was roomier.

Staff were not very welcoming and refused to check me in manually. It must be done by machine, which would not accept my name no matter how many ways I entered it, so I had to be checked in manually anyway. They gave me Hokkaido travel vouchers to use, but then stamped them to expire the same day after I'd checked in at 11pm... Room was basic - as you'd expect in a Japanese business hotel, which was fine - but bathroom was not very clean.

The facilities are old. They need to change the carpet and the whole interiors. The bathroom is so tiny.
