Location was good and it looked good
The floor in the house has termite damaged luckily my husband saw it or I could have walked on it and might have hurt myself as it was really bad other than that it was good

a lovely garden setting overlooking the lake
The shower over the spa bath was unexpected and impossible for 2 people in their mid-70’s to use safely.
A plastic bowl to wash dishes etc instead of a sink proved awkward

everything there you needed. full kitchen (convection microwave) with lots crockery, cutlery, frypan, saucepans, various bowls. comfortable bed with electric blanket.
we had one issue that was fixed very promptly.
getting a bit dated. deck balustrade needs replacing as parts have rotted. microwave up too high. I had to Google instructions & stand on a chair to see setting dials.
regardless we would happily stay here again.

We loved the time in Moama & Echuca and the Perricoota Vines Retreat was excellent value for money. Relaxing jacuzzi, comfortable beds, and clean apartment. Out kid loved the ping pong and billiard tables. We also played tennis and basketball. Short drive to the Echuca warf. Take the lantern tour at night (not that scary, but interesting stories from the past times).

We booked a lake villa with 2 rooms, 1x Queen and 1 x Twin single. On arrival we were given a lake villa with 2 x Queen beds and were told that our request was not available. Had we known that our 2 teenage sons would be required to share a bed we would have sourced accommodation elsewhere. Our only alternative this instance was for one of them to sleep in a single foldout bed.

The Villa is perfect for couples. The spa is great and the coffee pod machine with pods for every day of our stay supplied was a surprise addition.
The deck outside facing the lake was in bad need of repair as some of the wood was rotting and looked precarious to lean on. There were no front desk staff or any staff encountered throughout our 3 nights stay even though there was no need for us as everything was working (TV, WiFi kitchen appliances etc.)
