Excellent hotel, their staff are very friendly and professional, The price is cheap but the quality is almost the same like a fancy hotel, wifi fast speed, nearby tourist attractions like Little India, very close to KL sentral main transportation hub, Shopping mall across the road, mamak restaurant around the neighbourhood. playground for kids . gym , rooftop sky garden .Convenience store next to the hotel.

Friendly and professional staff. They were helpful. checked in smoothly and quickly.Very conveniente position, train/rapid rail just the elevator and few steps. Very clean, modern and lovely selection of food for decent price. We left our bags there while visiting Singapore by bus we take bus just infront of hotel so will be back again for a few days. see you again eassy Hotel.

Perfect for transit stay. Good water pressure and the rooftop courtyard was ideal to relax. Restaurant served tasty well priced meals.

This is a class-A hotel. The service I received was beyond excellent! From the beginning, the desk clerks were extremely polite and accommodating. In over 50 years of traveling, this is of the highlights. It starts with one of the managers, Sohrab, who left the lobby to lead me through the rain to the mall where the MTR station was. He even gave me an umbrella. Also, employees Liton and Mustafa contributed to my delightful stay.

This hotel is excellent! I stayed here for the second time and I'll come back agin for sure. The staff are really nice and helpful. The location and food is really a plus. It's next to KL Sentral. rooftp sky garden and gym are realy nice.

People of this hotel is so nice gentle and kind and location is perfect easy to rest easy to travel like the name of the hotel .I came form Thailand and this is my first trip in Malaysia.I’m very impressed and for sure I ll go to Malaysia again and book this hotel!

There have 1 elevator in rush time maybe it’s not enough but it’s not a big deal cause you can walk down by stairs or you can planning to prepare more time that’s it.

Easy Hotel is indeed easy! It's connected to NU Sentral and KL Sentral, which makes getting around the city as easy as pie. We got a big room on the top floor, which is the haunt of the hotel's pet cats. Above all, the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Thank you, Easy Hotel, for making our stay in KL a superb one. 😊 P.S. We badly miss the kitties! 😭❤ Edit: My brother inadvertently left his laptop in the hotel lobby upon our early checkout, and fortunately one of the staff members returned it to him. Thank you very much! 🙏😊

There were instances when our Wi-Fi connection got kinda spotty. Also, we had frayed towels, so I think they should be replaced with new ones. Other than that, everything was purrfect (Hello, kitties! 😻).

招牌顯示名稱與booking.com網頁名稱略有差異。 一樓4人房一間在廚房上方，抽風馬達聲喧擾整夜，換另一間排水口發臭，不得不想但法堵住才能入睡。 樓上房間安靜，但入住時遇到有客人在走廊大聲對談，房內可以清楚聽到。

Great location next to Sentral Station - Kuala Lumpur major public transport hub, Extremely friendly, accomodating and professional staff. Room and breakfast were good.

My particular room was a bit noisy from car and monorail traffic - but mostly from loud street animation and music during Diwali / Deepawali month long celebrations.

No hotel can beat the location.. very good

Room is too small, unlike the picture. They did not separate the price between room with window and without window. Used to be good but run down now.

They could allow us to check out late ....we checked in almost next day of our actual check in date but it's ok since it's their policy

Very easy to access via airport bus, trains and monorail. Everything provided for in the hotel surrounds

the staffs are very polite and nice. our luggages were went to room by the staff and he helped us to send to our E-hailed car when we leave the hotel. And the location is just beside the monorail.

The room is clean, staff are friendly, and the best one is location.. Very convinient and close to Nu Sentral Mall and KL Sentral. Connection to the mall is covered so no worry when it is rain. There are mini marts adjacent to the hotel and open 24-hour. There is also some kind of food court that open 24-hour just behind the hotel. The room is very small... But it is still worth considering the price. However, it is not suitable if you have long stay.
