central location, roomy accomodation

i am sure it once was a lovely appartment but right now it is in need of a serious overhaul. i can get over falling of the toilet because the seat was loose, but a mouldy shower, broken fridge and freezer, badly cleaned kitchen and bathroom are absolute no no’s. the lock situation with wifi is iffy at best, but did work after some time. instructions were poor. my kids compared finding and opening the apartment to their recent escape room expeince. the faulty deadlock and digital lock on the frontdoor does not feel safe. the light switches are just pure comedy and have to be experienced to be believed. but… the location is absolutely phenomenal and a good time was had by all.

Great location and clean. Host was very responsive

The air conditioners are very weak. We could spend much time inside due to the temperature. Sleeping was difficult. Other than that, the place is great. Weak air conditioning in an Italian Summer is the reason for the rating.

the noise at night! our bedroom window was overlooking the street and the sound insulation was very poor. the street below is a busy one until the early hours so it proved quite annoying the sound at all times. also the central heating was very difficult to control

Looove the location -right next to Ponte Vecchio best shopping and restaurants all around

Staff poor follow up Bath lights, oven light were out of order No TV signal We texted him and he said coming but never did We had to buy toilet paper too

Location was great!

Temperature control. Front/street side bedroom could not be adequately cooled. When we arrived heat was on & it registered over 30. Even with air conditioning on we could not get the temperature lower than about 26.
