The room very clean. Easy access to supermarket and restaurant.

The hotel has mini fridge and safe box plus hair dryer in bathroom. This is a bonus for a budget hotel.
The rain shower also has good water pressure. Tea coffee making facilities included.
There's a lift . Many irons with iron boards (I saw 3) on the floor.
There's also a supermarket and mamak restaurant nearby

The bathroom could have been cleaner as there are still water stains in the shower (I'm fussy abt toilets :D)
Maybe can also provide tea with sugar - only coffee sachet was provided.

toilet was not clean and water heater not working in midnight. also, the room is smelled bad.

The proximity to workplace os good. Across from the hotel is the hospital. The room has fridge, safe box, provide kettle and mugs. The toilet roll holder was loose so had to put the toilet roll on top of the toilet tank.
The supermarket is just next to hotel so it was pretty convenient to get what was needed. Restaurants nearby to choose from but I didn't try out in this trip.
Limited parking, noise from next door.

Good wifi
Not allow for late check out. Only allows to extend until 12.30pm after that they will charge RM50 until 4.00pm.
After 4.00pm they will charge in full.
I just request for late check out of another 1 hour

Really near to HSB. Walking distance.
- Hotel with elevator.
- The bed is king size & comfy.
Toilet is smelly, dull towel given. Not supposed to give to the guests. The quality is not up to the hotels standard.
- Poor internet connection. The wifi connection always disconnected.
- Water heater not functioning.

The room size is a bit small but it's okay. Still comfy for 2 person.

The location is super near to HSB and there’s a small mart beside the hotel so it’s convenient for you to get something like snacks , drinks and any essential stuff. The staffs there were friendly and helpful when I requested for sheet changed. With lift as well, it’s easy for us to carry our luggage and for wheelchair patients. The price for one night is affordable as well.

Overall it was comfortable and clean.
Conveniently located opposite hospital and besides a convenient store and near to food stall.
The pillow were too thin and have some old stains. The hot shower doesn't work at all.
