The room not was as expected and not very clean

I like the view in the morning. Especially early in the morning.
I didnt like the facilities there. Need improvement. I lot lf improvement. But yeah, reasonable for the price.

The bedsheets and pillows were very smelly. I could not stand it.

The view was excellent, facing Mount Kinabalu. Cold and unpolluted mountain air, Rooms quite spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. Almost everything need was provided.
The road leading up to the resort could have been better. The environment a bit messy as the resort is undergoing some sort of extension/renovation.

Great view of Mt Kinabalu from my balcony! The mountain was fully covered with clouds when i arrived. It appeared clearly the next day.
The room wasnt well prepared for guests. The room had 1 double bed. I requested for extra mattress but it wasnt there when i checked in. Had to go down n requested for it. Only 2 towels given for 3 guests. No soap n tissue roll provided. Had to go down n asked from reception. Bathroom could be cleaner. Otherwise, it would be perfect!

Never expected the room was so bad and the facilities like TV, Wi-Fi and hot water is totally below expectations. TV was not working.

The view is very nice as our room was facing the mountain.
The room is very dark, the wall paint is dark with dark wooden floor, not enough lighting, the furnish such as bed & coffee table are not clean, the coffee glass & the tray are oily & dirty. with no fan the room is quite hot. the hotel's surrounding is also not clean. The towel is very small & a bit smelly & not absorbing water! a cheap towel it was. The bed side lamp also broken & can't be used. The TV was not functioning.

The cleanliness. Drain clogged , in middle of night the neighbours drain clogged too and need to do maintaining

The view and location was great and amazing
The facilities. The room wasn’t well prepared. The room has a bad smell, the blanket and bedsheet was smelly, towel had stains.
The wall plug got issue. Electricity was tripped. We called the receptionist but no one has been sent after 30 minutes. Then we managed to fix by ourself. The room 111 was haunted. I dont think anyone stayed there for the past 1 month by looking at the condition when we checked in.

View are nice from outside.
The picture and the actual place are totally different and inside the room, a lot of ants, mosquitoes and smelly.

The fullest view of the mountain from valley to peak. Probably, this resort is the highest in Kundasang. In a clear day, it's a breathtaking picturesque view. You don't have to be a religious person to appreciate the beauty of nature at its best for a city dweller like me.
No aircon is needed for places like this.
No meal is available, but no matter. It's a 5 minutes drive to the market.

the equipments mostly are not working. no water kettle, tv not working and water supply is inconvenient. towels smells bad too.

Nothing but the staff was good
It was the worst staycation ever. There was no light in the room, no water and when there was water it wasn't warm. So many insects and cockroaches. The carpet was so wet and smelly. The toilet was smelling badly too. Need a refund!!! Not worth my money.

no wifi in bedroom, other guests were very loud and the room was full of long hair from previous guests.
