The room decor was really nice. The bathroom was lovely with soft towels and good products. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

I loved the location, vibe, food, and hospitality and cleanliness
My only SMALL complaint is that the housekeeping was very loud. In the mornings and early evenings I could hear slamming and very loud talking which was disruptive. Again, only a small complaint. Everything else was superb.

Excellent newish hotel in Southwark. Helpful staff and comfortable facilities. Good food and drink.
Quite trendy and cool...could be a bit much for some who prefer something a bit more traditional. Didn't honour price match, but that was more Booking.com fault.

Zimmer sehr klein (Cosy). Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Wassertemperatur zu niedrig. Wasserdruck gering. Dusche roch moderig. Kosmetiktücher wurden nicht aufgefüllt. Handtücher sehr schwer und dick. Hotelpersonal SEHR leger angezogen. Fenster lassen sich gar nicht öffnen - die Erklärung, dass diesen aus Sicherheitsgründen der Fall ist, ist kaum nachvollziehbar, da es Fenster gibt, die sich nur 5-10cm öffnen lassen. Dadurch sehr trockene Luft im Zimmer (Klimaanlage). Matratze zu weich. Kaffee wurde nicht aufgefüllt.

Gorgeous hotel, so comfy and upstairs beautifully designed
We felt even through location gorgeous, the price of the cocktails upstairs was just way over priced. Oyster happy hour (oysters were the smallest I have ever seen, we had 10 in total but equivalent of 5 normal oysters) and 2 cocktails each £90. Wouldn’t go back there at that price

Bloody lovely!
Super cool interior and vibe. Great staff on reception. Nice and friendly. We stayed 1 night at the Southwark location and the following night at Shepherd’s Bush. Southwark for the win!
Roof top bar was lovely, we only wanted a drink after eating elsewhere, lady at the desk as you go into the restaurant looked at us with such distaste which was a shame, talked and looked at us as if we were way beneath her. Again such a shame.

staff in and around the bar area weren’t super polite … as hotel guests there should be some differentiation to those coming for one drink.
