We loved every bit of the Cottage

It was located in a beautiful area. The house was beautiful, clean & elegant. It had all amenities mentioned & had a pleasing experience

Location is good. Newly built. Little far from main market so you would need car to buy anything or for food and basic stuff. Quiet and peaceful location. Gated community.

It was cold but the heater did not work for 3 nights we stayed. We compained but the owner said it is fine. I even sent him picture of thermostat. On last day we got small mini heater for room. Due to extereme chilling in cottage, my kid got cough and fever and had doctor runs. So could not enjoy beautiful Nuwara Eliya. Owner didnt wanted to accept faulty heater.

The arrangement was very nice.

Breakfast should be improved as in, portion size is alright but the varieties, a fruit juice, baked bean or some appetizer to be given. Would like to recommend the management of the property to be vigilant on reservations

Beautiful house in a gorgeous neighborhood among the tea fields in Moon Plains! Very quiet and private yet only a 10 minute drive into town. Great new clubhouse with gym, sauna, jacuzzi, and restaurant. Wonderful staff around the property. Nice bathtub with plenty of hot water. Under floor heating. Cable tv and nice comfortable furniture.

Fireplace and dishwasher were advertised but neither worked. Kitchen really needs a good cleaning, especially oven and cabinets. Need some new pots and pans for cooking.

Isolation and uniqueness. Continuous hot water and good temperature control inside the living spaces.

Best place to be in Nuwara Eliya. Beautiful house. Beautiful location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Had a wonderful time. Surely we will be back :)
