Apathy of the staff- non-availability of the items in the menu-poor wifi- very bad food served.

Location is good, airport shuttle is free. staff is good.

Hotel mention 3 stars but not 3 stars, very poor condition doors also not left facilities and air condition also old, Fan not working, card payment charge $7.

The breakfast was okay - a big cooked breakfast but because the cleanliness of their bedding was poor it smelled of sweat I was not very confident with the breakfast. checking in I did not like the fact that they take so many photos of my passport but I was told it was policy though i told them it was wrong and illegal. The location is great right on the road from the airport to Kampala.

If the beddings were well washed and not smelling of sweat. The place looked a bit neglected.

This is only a lodge

No lift, no facilities, no service, no room service

Nothing. The only thing that was remotely acceptable was the fact that we were collected from the airport so early in the morning. The website stated that collection form the airport was a free service, but we were charged $10.00 for this.

There was very little to like. The rooms face the highway and it is incredibly noisy, I could not sleep at all. The hotel was dirty and poorly kept. Breakfast wasn't ready at the stipulated time, nor was there any coffee available.
