The view from the house is nice, looking out to the valley.
Very spacious house with big dining area.
Location is good quite near to the Daily Farm, groceries shop and restaurant.
The bathroom is a bit ran down. One of the room has no water to flush the toilet bowl, and the water heater not working and low water pressure.
Hot water dispenser is dirty, need cleaning.
Check in process could be improved.

Far away from park. Ok if you have a car. No grab.

The staff is very helpful, the place is very clean, the environment is good. The balcony view was great. View of Mount Kinabalu was nice from the place. Check in and check out was very smooth.
The water heater was needed to do some special setting to get hot water🤣. But still Staff was very concern about helping us. Other wise everything was great.

I absolutely love the view that our room got. Overlooking the village and vegetation farm.
STAIRS!!!! Oh i hated those stairs, my sister was pregnant and with a toddler hence it was quite hard to move around.

No staff at night to help if we need anything. Last night I stayed the place was blackout all night & we cannot contact pic coz they switch off phone

Beautiful viewing,very friendly staff,comfortable accomodation and feel like at lebanon at night time.location of this homestay very near to many intersting place to visit.kinabalu mount very clear viewing from this house.

The location is near to a lot of beautiful place to visit.so wonderful viewing in the morning and night time like Lebanon hometown.got traditional food restaurant near this homestay.

The shower heater problem. Hot water, you shower like shower with ice. Hahaha
Take wudu' like you playing with ice. So cold. Management need to improve this.
As the homestay made with woods, at night you will hear people step on the floor above you but not to noisy.

Mountain view. Thats it.
Water pressure for the tap & shower was so slow. There was no water after 10pm.I feedback to the staff regarding this the next morn but they argue its not their fault. Bathroom was dirty & there are cobwebs.As it was raining there are 2 snails & 2 millipedes crawling out of the bathroom to the bedroom.Side wall light is not working.I hope mgmt will look into revamping the room & toilet as its low peak period now.
