Il b&b è situato in una posizione centralissima di tropea, a pochi passi dal mare, con possibilità di trovare parcheggio gratuito nelle immediate vicinanze. Appena si esce dal b&b si è già in centro con la via del centro storico con negozi bar e ristoranti. La camera molto curata pulita e accogliente. Il letto e il cuscino comodissimi! Bagno funzionante e pulito. Non lasciatevi ingannare dall'esterno poiché è una palazzina un po' vecchiotta ma vi assicuro che la proprietaria ci tiene tantissimo. Quando ritorneremo a Tropea sarà sicuramente la mia scelta.

Unico neo negativo è il piccolo frigobar che non riesce a refrigerare granché. Non do 10 per questo motivo altrimenti sarebbe stato perfetto.

La habitación es un poco pequeña con poco espacio para el equipaje, el resto está bien. El edificio da un poco de miedito porque está en construcción, pero es solo el aspecto. Del personal no puedo decir nada porque la comunicación fue sólo por whatsApp.Nunca nos vimos

Central, close to train station as well as main road of Tropea. Owner took interest to message us and assist as needed. Very clean and comfortable.

The room was very close to the city center, and in general it was clean, perfect for a short stay in Tropea.

I have video of the cats screaming loudly by our slider door that i am unable to attach. Please let me know how I can send u additional documentation of this horrific experience .

One hour prior to arrival I contacted the manager asking about parking as listed in the booking.com website indicating ‘free public parking on site’. However,I did not receive a response and there was no parking available anywhere. We had to resort to a parking lot for overnight at the cost of 50 euro, I have a timed receipt. The man who was waiting for us on the st. Corner informed us that there was no parking available on site. The day of arrival I spoke with the manager explaining that we were extremely disappointed w accommodations. She advised that she could not provide a refund. After all these difficulties and paying 50euro for parking we had no choice but to stay the night. This garage room did not even have 1 window to open for fresh air. The only opening was the entrance glass slider door which did not have a screen. Several cats were by this door. When I advised the manager that there was no window in the room, she advised to leave the entrance slider glass door open. I advised there was no screen and cats were loitering by the door, the manager laughed and said the cats would not enter the room. I have a video of cats at 6am screaming and fighting above our entrance door. At 330 am we heard the couple who were staying in the garage room connected to our garage room arrive and we could hear them sneezing and talking as if they were in our garage room. Clearly needs better sound barrier  between the 2 garage rooms. The  pillows reeked of smoke. We heard thumping noises all night long from the cats that were on the roof of the garage. Needless to say, we were unable to sleep. I have video and photos of the horrendous accomdations. Booking.com should not be listing this property for anything other than automobile garage accommodations  . I am requesting a full refund for this booking as well as a refund for the 50euro parking fee I was forced to pay.  I am expecting a full refund from booking .com. I will also contact American Express.
