Loved the location and view from windows Comfy bed

Bathroom dirty Tired apartment needs a refresh Cosy 4 stair access with suitcases was hard!

Good location

The refrigerator was not working during our stay. We did not receive any compensation for this despite repeated requests.

The location was perfect and we loved the area.

Apartment was not tidy. Mould on cutlery in dishwasher and men's underwear left in bathroom. Stains on dining room seats and hadn't been cleaned properly. The rubbish bin was full downstairs and the stench from this came up into our apartment on 1st floor. All of this I emailed hosts straight away.

Great location. Apartment felt very secure. A jazz band was busking in the plaza one night right in front of our front window! The apartment is quite lovely. It felt like we lived in a cool Parisian neighborhood for a few days.

The apartment is directly above Le petit café, which is quite popular at night. As a result there is a significant amount of street noise at night. Closing the windows cuts much of the noise, but karaoke night made it difficult to sleep. In addition, the kitchen is tiny with minimal workspace, making meal prep challenging.

Excellent location in the Latin Quarter with easy access to the metro and sightseeing buses

1 wine glass and 1 water glass in the apartment, so owner needs to spend money on buying more. Sofa bed is aged. No information on the local area regards restaurants etc.

I would suggest on the booking.com site , that the photos provided display the apartment numbers . I booked assuming that my apartment was one of the better apartments in the first few photos , but in fact Apartment Cosy 1 was very much a let down. We were a party of 3 for 3 days .There was no tea and coffee , bathroom shampoo, soap etc , were minute - enough for one wash for one only. The pillows were flat and required Towels etc rolled up to create support. The walls had ripped wallpaper. A Cushion was ripped and had a dirty stain on it . The floors appeared to have not been dusted or swept. I tea towel was supplied but with , no sponge for dish washing up. A blanket being used was extremely yellow and red stained (urine, blood)? but certainly did not look like it had been washed.

The apartment is in a great location with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Although it can get quite noisy some nights, the atmosphere is amazing. It is a bit of a walk to some of the attractions like the Eiffel Tower, but we didn't mind the walking.
