The Villa was fabulous. All of the modern amenities you may need are available. Menelaos was a superb host, & catered for whatever needs we required during our stay. (Family of 4, with 2 teenage children). There was a lovely welcoming gift of wine & some sweet treats greeting our arrival, & some delicious traditional Cypriot refreshments left for us after the midstay clean. The nearest beach is Trinity Beach, which is only an 8-10 minute walk from the Villa, or a couple of minutes to drive. The local bus network is cheap, (€5 per day for an adult for unlimited journeys) & very reliable, with a bus stop just 2 minutes walk from the Villa, & can take you into the centre of Pernera or Protaras in just a few minutes, The Kapparis area is also just a 10 - 15 minute walk from the Villa, with some great bars & restaurants to enjoy. We did not hire a car, & never really needed one for our trips into Protaras Centre (10 minutes on the bus) or Aiya Napa (a 40 minute bus ride away), but if you intend to visit any of the more remote areas like Cape Greco or The Blue Lagoon, then a car would definitely be preferable, although taxis are available for around €25 each way. We truly did not want to leave, & would definitely recommend it to anyone wishing to stay in the Pernera / Protaras area.

The nearest shop is a 10 minute walk away if you do not have a car, which may only be a problem for guests with accessibility issues.

location is 7 min walk from a nice beach, villa is spacious and well equiped. The pool was frequently cleaned. Menelaos our host was very helpful he gave us all sort of tips for our stay on the first day.

The villa had only one bathroom, and one guest toilet. That can be inconvenient if many guests.

The property was exceptionally clean and well decorated. Perfect location for a family holiday especially if the guests are older adults
