The location near to attraction places (concubine lane,little Ipoh cafe,plan B)..just 5minute walk

The room is too small & no space for muslim to pray.

It is nearby everywhere. The staff are nice and they provide a free flow of Coway water.

The staff are only available during the day. I checked in a bit late. My key card was pasted outside on the hotel's entrance door. Not really a safe thing to do.

Very convenient Location

I have stayed 2 nights and they didn't clean the room. The room was not noise proof so I could hear sounds the guest in next room was making. Also smoke from next room as leaking into my room.

location was fantastic, exposed brick and theme was cool, comfortable bed. room was clean, air conditioning worked well, good signage easy to find, booking the hotel was easy, local guide pamphlets available

size of the room, very small window to nothing, no amenities, low security, unavailable staff, door to lobby locked at all times even if you have no entry card yet, no toilet paper, bathroom layout bad.

Location very near to any tourist attractions. just few minutes to concubine lane. and few minutes from train station. the room was very clean and ms hazel was very helpful and nice.

Strategic location nearby to the ktm station and others sightseeing places. You can literally walk 5-10 mins to the location. The owner very kind and helpful! Definitely will stay here again!

Tv is not functioning but overall good

Everything is perfect. Staff is so friendly. They give us suggestions for places to go. I am more than satisfy with this hotel

the room was very hot

My check in was late but I was instructed well to self checking in without any problem. The location is great. Major tourist spots are within 5 minutes of walking distance and there are beautiful historical buildings just around the corner. Overall, it was a simple and nice stay with good rest.

The parking is very limited during office hours, after which there are plenty of spaces for you to park your vehicle in. The area is a bit dark after sunset.

totally worth the price, place is clean, with lift and clean drinking water, and and and the person in charge is so nice, even WhatsApp us the list of attraction!

i love everything bout this hotel. they have a really good customer service. I booked a single room and it is very comfortable. I also don't feel claustrophobic because of the layout. the location is great. near to all tourist attraction and wonderful eatery and cafe
