The apartment was a good size and was in the perfect location for the centre of Cockermouth and comes with a parking spot. It was close to the river and all the shops and restaurants/bars.
We arrived and noticed that we hadn't got any towels but by the time we had been for a quick walk we got back and they had been sorted out for us.

The location is fantastic, it is just off the main street so nice and quiet but a few steps and you are in the middle of Cockermouth with a range of restaurants and bars. (Would particularly recommend Aspava which is just round the corner!) The apartment itself had plenty of room for two people over a long weekend. It was definitely value for money as it would be difficult to find a B&B for this price where you would only have one room and no living space. Kitchen space had plenty of pots, pans etc, only minor drawback for me was a lack of variety of glasses (wine/prosecco/pint glasses. Not a negative as such, more of a tip for future travellers to bring their own/buy some cheap ones from Wilko which is close by). Getting into the apartment was made simple thanks to Darren, he called on the morning of arrival and gave thorough instructions, which he also text to me. Added bonus that the apartment came with a parking space!

The apartment was based in an excellent location in Cockermouth as I was here for a wedding weekend. Only a few minutes walk to the high street which had some lovely bars and restaurants. The apartment was really good value for money and parking which was free of charge. The host kept us updated throughout so we knew how to enter the facility and get WiFi access. I would stay at the property again on my next trip to the Lake District.
Hot water kept turning itself off now and again.

Great location, on the main street in less than a minute. Darren was very responsive and helpful. He gave us all of the information that we needed. The apartment had good facilities and parking right on the doorstep.
Room was a little warm at night, thinner duvet or a fan would have been good, but I'm being picky.

The location of the apartment is really good, there’s takeaways and restaurants a 5 min walk away. There’s also lots to do around Cockermouth - we went to the Wildlife Park and into Keswick which was super easy to do.
The apartment comes with basic kitchen utensils and mugs/plates/cutlery etc.
The heating and shower facilities were excellent (especially after a cold day outside 🥶). Overall really pleased with the place.

It was spotless and had everything you needed. Its modern, well taken care of and is actually alot bigger than the pics avertised. I like the fact that the owners rang before to explain how to gain entry. It is the perfect place to unwind from busy life.
I didn't like the noise from upstairs. (But I'm aware that isn't the host fault.) They kept us awake on both nights we stayed. Other than that there isn't anything we didn't like.

Location was great, central to everything you needed. Plenty of hot water and the beds were so comfortable.
Crumbs in kitchen cupboard, just 2 wine glasses and they were mismatched, sofa uncomfortable. We still enjoyed it but attention to detail in some areas would have made the stay nicer although it hasn’t put us off staying again.

There was noise from the apartment above till very late then people coming and going from 6am in another apartment. Obviously nothing the owner could have done about this just that soundproofing doesn't seem to be great.

Everything was clean and modern. Lots of cutlery and utensils. Great size TV. 2 good size double bedrooms. Bathroom was lovely and modern. Great stay. Easy check in and out system too. Car park was safe and secure too.
To be honest, not a lot we didnt like. We had a great stay and would return definitely. Thankyou.

The size of the property was perfect, location was brilliant and facilities were exactly what we expected. A contact number was provided and was amazing if we had any question or problems (which we didn’t)!!!

Location was good and facilities were good also. Owner contacted us and was very pleasant and helpful.
Place was not as clean as it should have been. The tv control was missing I found it wrapped up in the bed setter covered in dirt. There was an adult nappy in the bedside cabinet.

No dish washer and very limited cutlery..so had to wash them quite often.
The second room was very tiny with limited moving space.
The furniture is not child friendly is its mostly glass.
Otherwise its a good property to stay for couple of days.
