La ubicación del Apto es excelente y el personal que allí labora también.

La comunicación con los dueños/administrador es prácticamente nula, no responden los mensajes que se les envía y si decides quedarte ahí prepara el DOBLE del costo que pagues, porque cuando llegues allá tendrás que abonarles la misma cantidad en concepto de depósito de garantía y esperar a que les de la gana de devolverlo. En nuestro caso han pasado más de 24hr desde que entregamos el Apto y aún no lo reembolsan.

The apartment was great for our family. We traveled with three young kids, and the apartment was accessible. The location is perfect, near the public transportation, walking distance from the main landmarks in Paris, and near supermarkets, bakeries, shops, restaurants, and etc.

There was no hot/cold shower. I sent a message to the owner, but I didn't get a reply.

Posizione comoda per utilizzo dei mezzi pubblici. Appartamento moderno e pulito. Strada trafficata ma dal quinto piano con le finestre chiuse non si sentiva nulla.

Mancanza della ventola di aerazione nell'unico bagno senza finestra. Il lavandino del bagno era otturato e abbiamo utilizzato il lavandino della cucina. Asciugamani in dotazione x doccia piccoli.

The location of the hotel is really good, it is close to the metro and the city center, for example, we were walking to Louvre.

We were not warned in advance that a deposit of 500 euros was required and therefore we were not allowed into the room until we paid the amount. At check-in, the employee was very rude, saying that all guests have this problem, but it wasn't her problem and she couldn't fix it. As for the apartment, the towels and sheets were blood stained and dirty. The rooms were dirty, the shower was clogged and the water was leaking, it was impossible to wash. Fans - full of dust. It was a very bad experience, we found a complete discrepancy with the photos.

Ein super Apartment mitte in Paris. Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen überhaupt nicht verstehen. Ja man hört die Straße, aber Hallo dafür wohnst du mitten in der Stadt. Tolle Zimmer Aufteilung mit Balkon. Es hat komplett unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Koffer konnten wir am Abreise Tag sogar noch dort unterstellen.

The location was good. Close to a metro and bus stop. Apartment is in close proximity to a supermarket, pharmacy and some good restaurants.

The room is quite small. Better for 2 people. The kitchenette lacks a few items. There is only 1 mirror which is in the bathroom. Would be helpful to have another one outside of the bathroom. Noise levels were very high as we had very noisy/rowdy neighbours in the room next door to ours. I messaged the host about this and did not get any response. In fact the host is totally unresponsive! Before arriving I messaged with some questions as well. I did not receive any response. Only automated messages were sent to me. The automated message regarding the collection of the key was not correct. On arriving at the apartment there was a note on the door to the building stating that the key should be collected from the clothing shop next door.

Location is amazing... Staff very helpful.

Room had no Tea towels, hand soap, starter pack laundry detergent. Walls above bed dusty.

Tiny room. Tiny bathroom. 2 rolls of toilet paper for 3 nights. Location was scary.

property manager was not hospitable. neighbours got robbed of there luggage. naked girl out front licking wall. had to pay $500 deposit which has not been returned & no correspondence to date.

The ladies at the check-in were super nice and friendly. The apartment has a nice location, close to coffees, restaurants and metro stations. You can walk to Notre Dame, Louvre. For those who like longer walks Champ Ellises and Eiffel Tower are 1h walk from the apartment.

All Ok I would say. The only inconvenience is that you need to pay 500eur as a deposit if you break something. Still waiting for the refund that should happen in the next couple of days. I will update my review about this topic in the next couple of days.

The stuff Special Ms. Nazeha, and the place was close to the center of city and close to the Public transportations (metro & bus). and The apartment was very clear very clean and the furniture was in a great situation.

Absolutely nothing.

We couldn't stay in room 202...there were noxious gases. NO one responded to us. We were told to "go shop" while it aired out by a women in a shop that has contact with management. It was insulting. Plus, there was no hot water for two days in our other room. We didn't have dishes for things, and you couldn't find anyone for things like toilet paper! Another person staying there said it was the worst place they ever stayed in...smashed TV, dirty...

Here is what I sent to them property: We are leaving room 302 today. Now there is no hot water! We understand you didn't anticipate this, but it's a cost of doing business when you can't fulfill your contract. Also, we are so angry at the way you handled our reservation for room 202. The fumes were so noxious they made us sick and we couldn't breathe. We were turned away by the lady at the store to go shopping while they "air it out". What an insult! Even the housekeeper apologized when she walked in! You haven't replied to ANY of my emails or text messages. Neither does Peter! I am expecting a full refund for room 202 from Thursday November 24th checking out Saturday November 26th. I am also requesting a refund for room 302 for the dates Sunday 27th November and Monday 28th November. Janet Glatz and Paula Leidel
