The studio was beautifully presented and the outdoor kitchen was amazing! The bedroom was cool and comfortable. The pool was ideal for cooling off and admiring the lovely sea views. The most comfortable sun beds ever! A magical oasis - loved the owner’s cats!

One of the best places to stay in Agios Nikitas. A villa with private parking which is a must for the area. The design of the house which is half indoor (bedroom-loo)& half outdoor(kitchen-jacuzzi-dining table e.t.c) is brilliant.The owner is very attentive and polite.
Not of great importance and only as a recommendation to change the trash cans to bigger ones.

Wonderful property and hosts. The outdoor space is superb in its feel, design and facilities. The owners attention to the little extra details such as beach chairs (the islands beaches are pebbly) to a lovely peace of drift wood to rest your feet on when sitting on the pool wall looking over the village to the sea. Location great, both for walking down for a sunrise swim or down to the tavernas in the evenings.
Honestly there wasn't anything not to like. Little bit of refurbishment noise in the distance on a couple of days but it was early season and things need sanding :)

The location was ideal, high enough for sea views but really quick and easy to walk into town and the beach front via the back streets and stop at little bars on the way for coffees/beers with lovely views. Town is gorgeous and with plenty of life to it.
Nothing everything was perfect for our needs, well the pool was a little on the cold side…took a lot of strength to get you shoulders under!

We liked the location of Villa! Agios Nikitas is small village but most beautiful in Lefkada.
Nikos was really kind, we didn’t have any problems.
We didn’t expect such a clean apartment and also they came every morning to clean the pool.
They also change our sheets and towels every third day.
We would come back!

Comfortable, great view, lovely terrace, friendly owners and nice cats! Nice location - 5 mins from centre/beach but away from the hustle and bustle

This is a lovely apartment, a really special place to relax, cook for yourselves if you choose to, and enjoy. Bedroom is comfy. and the covered patio/cooking/dining/pool area is a delight.
Cannot be controlled, but there is some road noise from the patio, but not the bedroom. Wasn't enough to disturb us though.

First of all, location of the villa is perfect. It is on the main road leading to all the best beaches and only one minute walk to the street with all the tavernas and local beach. Concept of the apartment is great. The dining table is outside beside the little private pool. Barbara and Nikos are outstanding people who were glad to help us with everything. All in all, great experiance and we hope to come back again.

- Agios Nikitas - beautiful little town with great tavernas and beaches (Milos, Kathisma,...)
- App. Eolos - We loved the outdoor area with kitchen, bed, pool and great chairs. When in apartment we spent most of the time there:)... having breakfast, drink after dinner in taverna or just relaxing after beach.
- Overall appartment is beautifully designed, it is very relaxing to stay there.
- The bed is comfortable.
- Your parking place is reserved.
- A little you can hear cars from the road, but it is ok.
