The location was good and apartment very clean and had everything you needed. Check in was excellent, and Daniella explained everything everything to us. Daniella made us feel very welcomed! There was parking which was a big advantage as well.

It was very noisy from the bar and people carrying on the party into the early hours of the morning.

Good location in a walking distance from Coimbra city center. Very convenient undergrounds parking. The black out curtains are great plus. Comfortable bed. Kitchen was well equipped with everything that we needed to prepare a breakfast or even diner. Nice, friendly and helpful host who have provided all the information that we could need. Strongly recommend and would go back for sure if we need to visit Coimbra again.

May be there was something wrong with the water heating and worth to be checked as the hot water was barely enough to take a quick shower. There is a noisy pub just meters away and we were woken up at 7am by drunk fans singing and yelling "champions" but that's just our bad luck.

Noise from outside, beyond control of the owners but loud groups of people seem to have a tendency to gather outside into the early hours of the morning.
