Room and it’s balcony

Der Blick auf den See und die Menschen waren sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war lecker.

Die Zimmer gehen zur Straße raus, das Wasser war lauwarm und es war nicht wirklich sauber. Ich werde nicht wiederkommen.

Neat, clean and tidy, friendly and special thanks for Mr. Husni, Atif and Kishor, they were helpful, friendly and open minded. The location of the hotel is good and the food is delicious and plenty.

there were houseflies, mosquitos in the room, toiletries were provided upon request and not all of them were given. they messaged us that they had prepared our room but it was not up to the mark. washroom was very cramped and very less space to use it. breakfast was average. I have complained about all issues but they haven't given us any discount rather they have said that we have to pay in full as you have come through booking com

The staffs were caring, nice and helpful.

Restaurant was closed, bar was closed for renovations as per the manager. But when we try to book, in booking website it showed that restaurant services, room services and bar facilities were available. We booked the room expecting to use restaurant and room service.

Location is great, hotel services and amenities are nice. Staff are well mannered

They charged me a higher than market rate of 375 Rupees per USD, while actual rate was 365 Rs at the time of transaction. Nowhere else in over 8 hotels that we stayed in Sri lanka, has anyone charged us a higher than market rate for USD. So this hotel was an exception.
