it was totally different as in picture. aircond wasn’t service and cold. cleaniness was totally out and room smell smelly. the minute i step in into the room, a mouse minggle around the room and the staff use a broom to hit it and swipe it off in front of my face, and steadily hand me over the key for me to go inside. the pillow was darkly dirt and the blanket as well. the lamp was broken somemore . the door is not in good condition, while i slept in the morning , somebody was entered my room because of the untightly door locked. i have locked inside but yet still can be open.

I don't like the hostel smelly all the pathway..

The airconditioner was cold. television signal is good. water heater is functional.

the staf is not friendly, the places quite dirty. the cleanliness is very bad. there have a spider web everywhere in the room. also have cockroaches!! the curtain is not wash full of dirt. the toilet is out of space. the shower was broken. not enough facilities that being state at the details. the hotel signboard is not clear n small. hard to find, the registration counter is at the mamak restaurant! not strategic! i ask for iron and they say they will sent it later but until i check out, no iron!!

owner wasn’t friendly at all.. dint notice there was a signboard for the motel at all..

Rate like hotel but service very poor, no drinking water no tissue, no soap, no shampoo, poor.
