One bedroom apartment on quiet friendly complex with communal pool.
Il nostro appartamento con una camera da letto è disposto su due piani: camera matrimoniale e bagno al piano superiore, quindi salotto, cucina e piccolo bagno al piano inferiore.
È su un complesso curato, accogliente e tranquillo con piscina riscaldata. Ci sono una miscela di proprietari che vivono lì e persone che affittano per le vacanze. Il nostro balcone vede il sole per gran parte della giornata ed è un bel posto dove cenare o bere qualcosa.
Il divano nel salotto è un divano-letto. La cucina è allestita per 2-4 persone e ha anche un piccolo forno autonomo. C'è una lavatrice in un armadio fuori dalla porta della cucina posteriore con un patio sul retro. Abbiamo asciugamani, biancheria da letto, ecc. Nell'appartamento per il vostro soggiorno.
Caleta de Fuste è una piccola grande città con molti ottimi posti dove mangiare e bere. Il nostro appartamento è bello e centrale - vicino a bar e ristoranti ea cinque minuti a piedi dal principale centro commerciale con più bar e ristoranti tra cui scegliere. Siamo a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Caleta, o dall'altra parte della strada dal nostro appartamento è un passaggio per percorrere un pittoresco sentiero costiero di 15 minuti per raggiungere la spiaggia e il porto in un altro modo.
L'appartamento è ideale per coppie, giovani famiglie o gite di golf, se c'è qualcosa che vorresti sapere per quanto riguarda l'appartamento, complesso, resort, area locale o campi da golf, non esitare a contattarci.

First time in Calete de Fuste and really enjoyed it, bars, beach and restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk and nice and flat.
The apartment was ideal for us and location perfect, we will be back in 2025

Lovely place to stay, unfortunately we were unable to use the outside space at the rear of the property due to work being done on the property next door. Washing ended up being covered in sawdust.
The owner did not know that the builder was going to be doing work.

We stayed in the apartment two adults and two children and everything was great, really clean and had everything we needed. The apartment complex was excellent too, nice pool area, a little chilly on the first two days which were early twenty’s but once the weather warmed up to late twenty’s the pool temperature was lovely and the kids were in there for hours. The other people in the other apartments who are mostly either residents or regular guests were really friendly and very welcoming of our children despite them being the only children there. The location is excellent, shops nearby and plenty of bars and restaurants and children’s parks too. The beach is also a very short stroll and is great too. Overall a really great stay in a great apartment and excellent location.

The apartment has all amenities listed. Check-in and communication was excellent. The apartment has lovely outdoor spaces to relax and the complex is very chilled and friendly. Great location, supermarket just round the corner. Definitely will return.

All was plain sailing. First time we did not use a hotel in 15 years and 20 visits to Fuerteventura. Our hesitation was misplaced.

this was a very quiet family location in a secure gated location.
there is a small communal pool and sunbathing area. the property was clean and tidy with all mod cons including cooling fans. it is convenient for the nearby seaside promenade and a 10 minute stroll from the harbour and beach.

We waited an age for a taxi which I called the manager about immediately but when we got there the guy who met us was not in a good mood about having to wait so he rushed us in and basically gave us no information on how things worked or where things were.
The apt itself was well equipped but I have to say the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The floor throughout the apt obviously hadn't been washed as there was dirt and dust throughout on the floors and skirting boards ect.
There was ants on the worktops when we arrived and although spray was provided there is obviously a problem as there were lots on our arrival.
As I said the apt itself was well equipped so this is no reflection on the owners but I would advise looking at the management/cleaning company used.

We have stayed in the apartment before in November. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is in a great location. The outside areas are really lovely for sunbathing or just sitting in. The only downside is that it doesn't have air con, there are fans but it does get extremely hot when the weather is in the high 30s. I would stay again in cooler months.

The only downside was the apartment could do with a makeover doors don’t shut properly and the kitchen needs tidying up.
We had a good five weeks and would definitely use it again if the update was completed.

One of six best apartments on the complex, very quiet and secluded. Ideal for shops, supermarket, restaurants and coastal walk. Apartment had all day sun on 1st floor balcony all day. On first impressions, kitchen was very dated. The apartment floods when heavy rain occurs via the back door, this happened once during our stay and took two hours to mop up, and the rest of the day to dry out. The mattress needs replacing urgently as several springs have come through the padding, causing one of us to sleep on the sofa bed which was also uncomfortable.

Great apartment and very well equipped for your holiday. Having a washing machine was also a great bonus. the upper terrace was lovely to sit on at night and great for stargazing. Fantastic location for all local amenities, bars & restaurants. Lovely quiet complex that was very well maintained with great area for sun bathing.

Great apartment … very well equipped and was perfect for me and the wife for a week. Few minutes walk to nearest supermarket and less than 10 mins to the beach. UK channels handy on TV. Overall a really great stay !

Property was everything as described, clean and had all you need, felt very secure as was holidaying on my own this time, very near shops, bars and restaurants, short stroll to the promenade, with a lovely views of the sea, had an enjoyable week apart from the 2/5 days off rain ,tail end of storm Hermine , phill was really understanding when the apartment was flooded, it was an interesting few days, but by the Tuesday it was like it never happened, all in all I had an enjoyable week

Apartment was clean & tidy. The pool is also clean with plenty of sun beds. We will definitely be back next time we visit Caleta.

Great location for beach and amenities
Overall, a positive experience. Full UK channels and good wi-fi. Though you don't get a view, the pine end opposite actually affords you greater privacy than those facing each other. Sadly, the water pressure was terrible and the shower poor but the owner was extremely helpful and I understand that problem is now being sorted. The manager, Helen, was also very helpful when they changed all the complex locks to electronic without telling us but all swiftly sorted and all good.

Great property in central location
The apartment has everything you need for a stay in Caletta. It is close to the coastal path as well as bars, restaurants and supermarkets. We arrived early and were lucky enough to be able to check in early. The upper terrace is a real suntrap, while the rear area is a welcome escape from the afternoon heat.

El piso es perfecto y muy acogedor. Los propietarios han sido muy amables. Los únicos problemas que hemos tenido han sido la falta de limpieza al entrar el primer día (mucho polvo, suelo sin fregar, hormigas…) y los desagües de ducha y lavabo estaban atrancados desde el primer día. Por lo demás, estuvimos muy agusto y muy bien. Muchas gracias!
