So much space, great location, very well equipped! I could have baked a cake there was a so much equipment in the kitchen! Amazing balcony and nice residential area.

Finding parking space in the evening is a bit tricky.

Lovely apartment - Spacious with a very large seaview balcony complete with screen doors. The host left us a few useful things. Pleasant feel to the place. Close to tram and other links. A very good base.

The nearby main road is loud, (but the glazing on the doors keeps much of it out. We did manage to sleep well.) I would stay here again because of so many +.

The location, the host, the feeling home home inside the property were all amazing.

Not a dislike, but be aware the shower head is one you have to hold if not taking a bath or sitting down. Still worked great for our family.

Very nice place! We were staying for a week with a 4 person family. In my view it is ideal for that number of quests (2 bedrooms for 2 persons each). The host Anna was very kind and responsive to every our question and request. We communicated mainly via Booking.com chat - the answers came very fast. Upon arrival we received keys hand-to hand. Very neat and well-arranged interior design of the apartment. The neighbors are not noisy at all (although there is some noise from the big street running along the beach line). The balcony is much bigger than it appears on the photos and is very sunny in the morning (we enjoyed breakfasts there every day). The Wi-Fi signal is very strong - we used a lot of devices and connected some of them to 2 TVs (in the dining room and one of bedrooms) - there was no problem with internet at all. The kitchen is well equipped. The location is also very good and calm (on the other side of the street there is a police station ;)). One can go to the nearest Edem beach (more sandy) or to the park area (nor far from there, but kind of stony beach). Attention: from the last week even in open-air cafeterias on the beach they are always asking for full Covid vaccination certificate or valid test. As for transportation - you can take a 5-days transport ticket for 8,40EUR and go to the center of Athens by tram/bus, or take taxi (I would recommend to choose to pay according to the fare register, and not ask for flat rate price, otherwise there is a risk of overpricing). There is a midimarket very close (200-300 meters), and closer in 50 meters on the corner there is "Kiosky's", where even in very late evening you can buy small stuff (e.g., drinks, cigarettes, ice-cream and so on). We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone, especially small families!

The patio was so relaxing and the location is great. We traveled everywhere by tram which is right downstairs.

I hated to leave.

Washing machine had never been cleaned , ever! Soap compartment was absolutely filthy .An issue as we had a long stay.

Very cosy design, amazing balcony, super close to the beach. Especially loved the piano. Well equipped kitchen, a/c in the bedrooms, spacious bathroom.
