Location is in thamel which is a great area. Breakfast is exceptional and everyday breakfast changes. Anything on their menu tastes better than local restaurants

The location and they also provide us take away food since we need to catch a bus. The hotel manager also very friendly and tried to occupied what things that you need. They upgrade our stay to family suite and help to carry your luggage to the room the hotel also walking distance to Thamel road and the room is very spacious.

Super clean rooms. Plenty of hot water! Comfortable bed. The breakfast was fabulous with both western and Nepali dishes. Really tasty food on their evening menu.

The hotel is at a good location, very close to but not directly in the crowd of Thamel. The staff is very friendly and tries to help with every problem. The room is nice and clean and includes heater / AC and hot shower.

The staff and the hotel manager are very nice and work hard to make customers stay comfortable. We were helped to book a flying tour in a very short time. Great location near shopping street in city center. Hotel-provided airport transportation was very helpful too. Even though the hotel is basic, we had a good time there!

Good location. Near the tourist hub, ATM lounges, souvenir shops, coffee shops, restaurants, and other tourist spots like the Garden of Dreams, Narayanhiti Palace Museum, Thamel shops, and Durbar Marg.

Mostly ok but can be better with regard to the cleanliness of the room and bed.

the location is good, plus the greeting from the manager was well and excellent, rooms are value for money, the hotel food taste is really good ,, if you are Indian and vegetarian this is best in terms of food really good taste , if you are looking for value for money room with good location in thamel this is a go-to hotel hardly 1 minute walk to thamel market the staff is really helpful and very responsive and the free pickup service from the airport

the price for the food room is high but i guess considering the taste its worth paying

Welcoming… arrived midway through the World Cup final.. treated politely and efficiently… and then invited to join in watching. The manager looked after me and arranged some suitable tours.
