The room was good for short stay to catch-up flights. And very convenient for travel. They provided lockers and towels....so its good.

The toilets and shower room can be more better in term of the cleanliness. The pipes was leaking. The price could be more cheaper.

What limited instructions that were provided were of absolutely no use. Adequate instructions would have allowed me to have caught the free shuttle and not paid for an expenses taxi between terminals. Difficult to find without instructions when when I did get to right terminal

I had a connecting flight very early in the morning so the location is very convenient. The capsule I got was clean

Noise is a bit loud if you don't use the provided earplug. Can't control the aircond temperature

it’s kind of hard to find, the signs could definitely be better. staff takes a very long time to do check in for no obvious reason. kind of expensive for what it is

very cool and unique experience. perfect for an overnight stopover. it was great that it was positioned within KLIA2 which had a lot of shops and restaurants within in.

the only downside was that our double bed capsule only had a thin blind/ curtain as the door. something a little sturdier would have been preferred just to have more privacy and better peace of mind from a safety point of view. Otherwise our stay was surprisingly quiet and peacefully despite this.

It's a great place to get proper rest when you flight is early in the morning or late at night. It's located right inside the airport, albeit in the KLIA2 terminal, which means that if you wanna go to the main KLIA terminal, you will need to take a shuttle bus there. The shuttle bus comes on the hour (check with the concierge for more accurate info).

Nothing really. But maybe yeah they can provide us with slippers to go to the bathroom.

It was very handy being right in KLIA2, and the bed was comfortable.

There was nowhere in the shower to really put your stuff while you showered. The lockers were also a long walk from my room. It would be much better if there were lockers nearer the 'capsules'. Alternatively, it would be fine if it was possible to somehow lock the capsule/pods.
