no daily room service. bath room is not as nicely equipped as room.

Location is perfect! Escambron Beach is close, a lot of restaurants are close, it’s only 8-10 min drive to forts. Room is good and comfort. Owner is very attentive :)

If your room look at the street it will be very noisy at night, so if you have a sensitive sleep - take a room that looks at inner yard. Also bathroom is very uncomfortable (especially washbasin).

Very dirty room, carpet very stained and bed frame too, and so dirty. Tiny room, broken fixtures (toilet, electric plug, ripped window shades), no hot shower, no cleaning during my 5 night stay

The toilet was leaking very horrible smell the staff is never present no one is ever at the front desk not clean at all rooms are very small

There was no staff present, I stayed from Wednesday to Sunday and not once they cleaned my room I won't be staying with you guys next time

well it looks nice but the tv and electric sockets didn’t work. no hot water most of the trip. no front desk staff. the towels were not replenished and they had only given us 2 towels, two beach towels, one hand towel and one makeup/wash cloth. it was weirdly misrepresented and we did not get the 20%refund we were promised. do not believe anything they offer. new management is not going to do well if they don’t fix this!

Well. I woke today and the electricity and hot water still aren’t working. You thought it maybe fixed Monday but we leave tomorrow and these past 4 nights have felt like an eternity…last night the fire alarm went off for so long that we left and came back later. The first night was tough but I kept thinking it will get better. Please tell me some good news. You said a 20% discount but with misrepresentation, I think it should be more. I was happy with the size of the room and the bed was comfortable but otherwise San Geronimo has been a big disappointment. Thanks and I do need to know something before we leave tomorrow at 11am. and I still haven’t got any satisfaction!!!!

We booked a more expensive, deluxe room but were assigned a lower grade one with less quality.

Great location not too crowded .

Nobody works in the lobby at night and check in is at 4pm . You have to meet some guy at a parking lot in front of an abandoned building , btw the guy doesn’t even work for the hotel he just handles parking so he could care-less about any issues you have with checking in . Poor WiFi, no hot water. I booked a double bed room (the big one) , they gave us a single bed room that was also still dirty from the last guests. Luckily the staff in the restaurant down stairs helped us get into a clean room with 2 beds . The next day they had us move to 2 separate rooms that were so small compared to what we originally booked ( no microwave, no refrigerator) . It was a 4 day stay we just decided to make the best of it . I would not book there again.

The location was not bad.

There was no front desk. We didn’t see any person of the hotel there during the stay. We had to wait until 4 pm with our suitcases outside the hotel and went into a parking lot across the street, literally far from the hotel, find the guy who was not even the employee of the hotel and get the card for our room. I can’t imagine how dangerous it would have been that the cards of every room were just sitting there in such a random place. The room was like a closet.

I use this hotel many years ago, but with the new administration: a. The included breakfast is replaced with a 10-dollar voucher for a restaurant that is good but only has 1 choice of food and is expensive. b. I need to supplicate to get the room clean. c. The elevator has missing buttons and the room has paint issues and dust in some places. d. No warm water e. When I ask to talk with the manager, Mr. Elias never appears.

I liked that they will give you a beach towel or more than one if you need it.

Wifi was non existent, later than advertised check-in, even though our rooms were ready earlier than the check-in. The place was not busy at all the entire time I was there. Carpet was excessively worn and dirty. Towels had stains. Absolutely no view.

The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need in them and also is very near of interest places and beach

I like staying there, because it convenient and the staff is wonderful . They are always professional and courteous.

It’s not worth the money they charge. Marketing was misleading. The room was dirty, and there was mold growing in the bathroom.

where to start? the room was extremely small, the pics were deceptive and did not truly show how tiny these rooms were but I could have felt with that but there was also a smell and the stains all over the room. I barely fit in the bathroom, and there was almost no separation from the shower and the bathroom floor. the worst part was there was no parking lot and the front desk sent me over to a lot a block away that was extremely sketchy. it was the parking lot of what appeared to be an abandoned hotel, the normandie, and it had no lights. the worker operated in the shadows and I initially thought he was a drug dealer. it all felt very unsafe and made me extremely uncomfortable. The nighttime front desk clerk was very pleasant but the morning clerk was extremely rude when we told him we were unhappy with our stay and wanted to leave. He said he would have the manager call us, but we never received a call. I have not received a refund for the time we did not stay at the hotel.
