Drog party and rape with police measure in neighbor apartment .my apartment window get a vomit from top apartment ... All day not possible sleep before am. 03....very stressful We cant sleep because every night happened samething worst thing.

Street noise and noise from neighbor

The location was excellent, really easy to get around from the apartment. The apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived with some items like water, laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets etc supplied which was very handy. We all found the beds good and comfy & slept well in them.

The apt is small, looks bigger in the photos, and you are asked to get rid of your own rubbish or else be charged extra which I found quite annoying. The street outside is noisy but that's the trade off with a central location.

Very spacious, clean, and excellent value. Soundproofing and comfortable bed made for a great sleep. Kitchen well equipped, the apartment is tastefully decorated and the staff lovely and helpful. Close to Metro, restaurants, galleries and shops, including Santa Catarina Market.

Overall the experience was very good, the flat is spacious and spotless clean, the beds were very comfortable and the towels were fluffy. Marta the host was very nice and attentive. The location is amazing, right in the center of Eixample, in walking distance (15 min.) from Plaza Catalunya, there are plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops around and we felt safe to walk around during the day and night.

We have booked 3 bedrooms apartment and got apartment #2 (I assume what I say does not apply to all the apartments, it depends on the location in the building). The 2 single rooms have big windows that are facing an inner shared balcony, so cannot be opened. We didn't stay much in the rooms so it did not bother us, but if you plan on staying in you should know. the main bedroom was right above a busy street. When the window is closed you don't hear anything, but if the window is open it gets very noisy.
