Stayed here for 1 week with my husband and 2 young children. The property was perfect- clean, big, close to town and exactly as listed. We were able to text with the owner with any questions, always answered promptly. We had the best week there!

This house was perfect for our stay! The space was comfortable and clean, had everything we needed to cook, and the location was perfect. We would definitely stay again.

The home was comfortable and very clean. Sleeping was enjoyable not only because the bed was cozy but also because the location was quiet. The tv was a bit of a problem but we were able to see Jeopardy in the 2nd bedroom. And the washing machine and dryer were easy to operate. Since the weather was cool we did not sit out in the pleasant back yard. We were quite pleased with our stay. A

House was everything we needed, comfortable furniture, beds, extremely clean. Lovely, private deck to have cocktails or dinner. Short walk to town, restaurants and many shops. Hosts very nice. We highly recommend !

This is a very neat and tidy house. My favorite things: excellent sofa/seating in the living room, excellent strong hot shower, laundry on the main floor, walking distance to great shops and restaurants! The main bedroom had a comfortable bed and gorgeous high quality cotton bedding. It was as exactly as advertised and Natalie and her husband were lovely and easy to deal with. One small downside is that the deck is not conducive to laying out in the sun. Maybe need some fluffier pillows. All in all a great vacation and a lovely little house.

This home was immaculate, comfortable, and nicely decorated. My husband enjoyed the small office space and I enjoyed having my morning coffee and doing yoga on the back patio. We all liked being able to walk to the nearby Stop and Shop, the park across the street and the many local restaurants and shops. The owners revealed themselves to be compassionate and kind human beings when our arrival day coincided with warnings about hurricane Ida. The owners’ protective advice for our persons and accommodations for our property was very much appreciated. Our vacation felt like being at home with good neighbors. We highly recommend staying here.

Communicating with Natalie and Dana was great - they were so helpful and accommodating before we even arrived, and were available for questions during our stay. The house is pristine / clean. There are so many details that are helpful - power strips near all the nightstands. A stocked kitchen for cooking. The home / rooms were bigger then we expected. The backyard is great. The location is perfect. You can walk to downtown - the Ferry, grocery shopping, Black Dog for morning coffee / breakfast. Lots of restaurant options. Easy street parking if you have a car - but lots of local options in walking distance if you don't have a car. There is a big park / field across the street - our kids loved running around there. We plan to return again, and again. Truly a perfect experience! Highly recommend.

Our small family stayed here for a week mid summer, and it was the perfect rental. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The house is in the perfect location- walking distance to downtown Vineyard Haven and a short drive to great beaches. Easy on street parking and a beautiful, relaxing backyard made our week great! We would definitely rent here again in the future.

Our weeklong stay was wonderful. The cottage is warm and charming, and had everything we needed. As a family of 5, including three young adult daughters, we had private spaces as well as ample space that allowed us to hang out together at the table in the backyard where we listened to music, played games and talked under the lights at night. We enjoyed the barbeque one night and found the kitchen well-equipped for our breakfasts and dining in nights. The office nook was perfect for charging our electronics and enable me a private space in which to work one night. The location was fantastic- we were able to walk around town and ride our bikes without having to get into the car. When we did want to venture out, we found it easy to negotiate to different parts of the island from our cottage. We truly enjoyed our time at the cottage. The only challenge was sharing the single bathroom but we managed, as we do the same at our home too! Thank you so much for welcoming us and sharing your place!

We had a great time! This place is truly a hidden gem. Natalie was unbelievable in terms of her communication with me. The house was bigger than we expected, cozy and had everything you needed. Located just down the street from several restaurants, shopping and the grocery store, it's a can't miss. We would absolutely stay here again! If you are looking to book, just a few things to keep in mind about the property: - They have a grill perfect for evenings as an alternative to the local cuisine (with Net Result within walking distance) - Kitchen is stocked with plates, cups, etc. as well as grilling supplies - Internet was serviceable but not high speed by any means so please keep that in mind if you need to work from the house. My wife and I were able to work via Zoom for over a week and although there were a few slow periods, it did the job. - Beach chairs and coolers are available for guests to enjoy a trip to the beach (lots of options within 12 minutes, even more under 25 minutes (driving)) - Street parking is available and it was generally pretty easy to find a spot even during high traffic times (3-5:30pm EST) - If you want an hour or two in the sun without going to the beach, the deck/patio is a great option!
