The television not functioning well

The location is convenient,at the arrival had little bit issue but the staff assist to resolved. Room is clean, with convenient facilities.

Low water pressure, some electrical equipment not really functioning.

To improve cleaness. Bugs everywhere.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Good working a/c condition. Clean bath towels. Provided with mineral waters, 3in1 Nescafé, elec. cattle jug, drinking glasses,tissues box, toothbrush and toothpaste, liquid soap.

Walking Space too tight for comfort, difficulty to walk around and access to the left side of the bed. Space is too small and narrow. Internet WiFi password not able to go through. No phone to call desk counter. Dressing table too small. NO shower curtain, no floor drop at the shower area, so water easily flow at the WC and sink areas. Floors Looks messy with water everywhere. Don’t have a proper towel floor mat, only normal rug which doesn’t absorb water from the foot so walk with water to the bed room area. NO hand shower, only normal shower head. WC don’t have a proper hand bidet to control the water flow ( ridiculous). No hair driers. Didn’t enjoy all the toilet facilities .Very poor.

Value for money facilities for the deluxe king room.Amazing layout for highest spec for family room.level 2 has better TV & phone signal.
