this is the second time I stay in city walk, the apartment was clean and location was perfect around there are a lot of restaurants and cafes and very near to downtown. special thanks to Abdul Rahmen for smooth check in and out and several advice.

The property is clean , quiet and has great location. It was a smooth check in and out. They accommodate my request for late check out. My family and me enjoyed our stay . I want to thank Mr. Bernard for his exceptional service. Since the day we moved in, he have always been prompt and attentive to any request or issues that have arisen. His attentiveness and professionalism have made my living experience in this apartment a pleasant one. Thank you Fäm living for the great stay and unfortunately memories.

I rented a property from the same host post covid-19 time and it was so good. This time, the place was not clean (too much dust - floors are broken in one bedroom where i couldn't shut the door - one of the bathrooms sink was blocked - too many flys inside the property) + After more than two weeks, still i haven't received my deposit back as promised. I was really disappointed

I used to stay at different vacation home in Dubai, City walk. This time the only pos(beside the location) is the staff which were welcoming and cooperative in accepting cash deposit.

Not worth the amount paid at all. They give us unit in ground floor and They did not moves us to higher floor when we asked for. The apartment was poorly furnished (including living room sofa) and cleanliness of amenities were far away from average. Nothing was supplied there except tissues and bath supplies. The bed linen was not clean at all. The kitchenette was not clean as well and there is only one dishwasher capsule، and no dishwashing sponge even.

The service from the staff was very good. Nothing was too much trouble. Abdul rehman was extremely helpful both before and throughout our stay and check in was a breeze. The concierge staff were also all very good. Bernard Fernandes was also very helpful, kind, and the check out process was made easy. He helped us to leave quickly as we had a flight to catch. The place itself was well equipped, was well cleaned and had a good location that was family friendly. Perfect for our family of four. We also used the gym and the pool extensively during our stay.

Very easy to check in with Bernard Fernandes and Abdul Rehman. The apartment was in a great location in Citywalk and quite spacious, we had 6 people staying. Location of the apartment right by the pool was very handy. We really enjoyed our stay.

The apartment my family and i stayed in was amazing, we loved the view, facilities and the kids enjoyed the swimming pool so much.
