WiFi wasn't the best

I liked that there was food areas handy on site and a local shop for odd bits and bobs . They swimming was great for the kids too .

Not all areas where open . The signal is bad onsite and trying to book activities for the kids was a nightmare staff weren't the most helpful with this issue. The entertainment could have been better .

Caravan was lovely and roomy the hosts were quick with any enquiries

Location was good to everything.

WiFi didn't work. Unclean ledges for example dust and cobwebs on ceilings and ledges, and shower never drained properly and mouldy shower hose, duvets and pillows had marks and stains, floors and couches need professionally cleaned. As well as the chairs for dining. Dishes including cups plates ect were dirty and all needed washed.

Caravan was comfortable but settees was very dirty and stained cushions also needed washing and carpet valeted

Looked OK at a first glance then we saw the dirtiness

Where do I start! The place was filthy! Upon arrival I had to scrub the bathrooms and Bleach the toilets. The settees were grotty as hell and the place stunk of dogs. Beds all have springs coming out of them. down the side of the fridge looked like it had never been cleaned. Told the owner and didn't get a sorry or anything. Place is absolutely vile 🤢🤢 we went home 2 days early because of all the issues. It was just dirty as anything it looked like tramps had lived in it

Caravan was lovely. 5 mins drive from the zoo and seafront.

Only negative was cleaners turned fridge off before we arrived so welcomed with a puddle of water as freezer defrosted still with food inside. Not owners fault but cleaners employed
