Extremely comfortable and Zoranna was incredibly helpful. Superb location and so many little extras you wouldn’t expect.

Fantastic location, just a short stroll along the waterfront to Kotor old town and several beaches, bathing spots and great restaurants at our doorstep. The apartment was beautiful, bright and spacious with a wonderful balcony. We had a wonderful stay, the ladies at the reception were amazing, friendly and extremely helpful. Everything was perfect, will absolutely choose to stay here again next time we go to Kotor!

10-15 minute walk towards the old town but was a good scenic walk with easy directions. Pool could be larger alongside the sunbathing area (but areas to sunbathe nearby)

The flat is very nice an spacious with all you need for a comfortable stay. The stuff is extremely nice and helpful. The location is great as well.

I will definetely come back here If I will visit Kotor again. The apartment is really nice and big with balcony, very good wifi. They have private secured parking, big enough for any car (even suv as in our case) and I think this is rather rare in Kotor. You can easily walk to the center. The girl at the reception, Nikoleta was very nice and friendly.

pretty new and clean hotel with a 10 minute walk to Kotor

First time here, it was really beautiful, everything in apartment is new, free private parking, the stuff who work there are two really nice ladies, we also really liked new year decoration. We recommend this place to everyone. Also the location is really good, 10-15 minutes by foot to old Kotor town, you can walk by the sea and enjoy the view, also you have market near by and some great fast food.

nice impression, very bright apartment, staff is friendly staff helped us find and rent a car with great conditions, providing a POI Map of what to do, where to buy groceries. For Christmas the whole property was very well decorated, as shown on the outside picture. You also have lights on your balcony to turn on/off For new year we got a nice red bottle of wine with a card Location: outside Kotor in a quiet residential area, the bay is very close by, supermarket and a great restaurant as well

housekeeping works fairly, not thoroughly (no changing sheets, no vakuuming under the bed, bathroom)
