I liked the beach section of the property.
I found some of the staff to be very lovely, however customer service was not consistent. Upon booking my reservation I added a note that I was celebrating my daughter’s birthday and upon arrival it was not acknowledged we did not get the birthday sign etc. Additionally, when the workers realize that you are Jamaican you are treated differently the level of respect is simply not there as shown to the non Jamaican guests. I also found the pool area to not be kid friendly, if the sections for the children is currently under renovation then an alternative must be put in place. Twerking competitions and people smoking on the pool deck was not what I envisioned for my 5 year old. Also, I found the gift shop to be very distasteful, after purchasing a swimsuit I wanted to exchange it for a smaller size and the Hispanic manager did not allow me to, while in the same breath she was allowing an American woman to exchange and return her items plus giving her a discount. Additionally, the gift shop music is also distasteful, it was predominantly uncensored dancehall music to which the staff was loudly singing. Shopping with my mom and daughter was uncomfortable while hearing “dumg inna yuh throat” etc. the food was ok, there was a lack of authentic local cuisine, and the buffet staff was rude and unpleasant. Two staff that stood out were Shauna-Kay (buffet) and Fidel (Italian restaurant). I would not go back there.

The staff is your greatest asset..service was excellent.i work in the hospitality industry for many years in jamaica and overseas..must say you guys are right up there..one of my best vacation so far..except for Alexia in the coffee she has a bad attitude..encounter her twice and was disappointed both times she can't be on her phone while working..need to get her up the the level of the other staff..
Angi at front desk was exceptional.lovely lady very helpful.staff in the Italian and buffet restaurant was excellent..the bartenders was great love the lobby bar..the bell men the grounds men..I can see you have a very good training program there. Keep it up..will definitely be back..

It was a great experience for the family. We loved the fact that we had wheelchair access to go to almost all locations. The variety of restaurants was good and everyone enjoyed the food. The rooms were clean and the staff responsive and courteous. We loved the valet service and the overall experience.

Reservamos en Sakura el restaurant japonés , supuestamente te hacen el show con la plancha mientras te cocinan al estilo benihana. Eso fue una vergüenza! Nos reímos de lo que fue. Nos tocó un cocinero sin gracia q cocinó un wok de verduras y se fue. No hizo ningún show ni hablaba mucho como el otro compañero de él q atendía otra mesa

Clean and spacious hotel, friendly staff and housekeeping came every day.
We had Chef Peta Gaye who cooked Kosher food for us, she was exceptional! She was patient and easygoing and the food was delicious every time. Thank you!

The location was perfect and we were able to visit Ocho Rios and Montego Bay in about 1 hour each way. the breakfast was okay but a bit salty at times. Caribbean breakfast was nice depending on the day and which chef is on. At times, the food was unpalatable as the salt content was very high.
The reception staff was awful. We booked an Ocean View, but got a pool view. We also requested a king bed instead of 2 double beds, that too was unavailable. We discussed this upon check in, the reception staff laughed at us and said once 'you have a glimpse of the sea, that's considered an ocean view, if you wanted to see the ocean you should book an ocean front room. They did nothing until we made a formal complaint. With much chasing and hassle, they changed our room around 8pm the following day to a worse room. Squeaking bed and poor water heating service. We asked for maintenance to check this out but they didn't bother to check if it was rectified, we had to request it to be checked again. The pull-out couch upholstery was soiled and dirty with brown stains dirty and so was the chair to sit on by the desk. The staff was racist and often bypass us in the queue to serve white guests without hesitation or remorse. When requesting drinks in the restaurants, the experience is to wait so long that you finish your meal and leave the drink, although other guest around you were being served.
I must note that about 1% of the people were very nice- our housekeeper and a few servers from the restaurant.

A lot in one place
When I arrived at 3:30 pm my room wasn’t ready. Staff sign me up for breakfast promo just to kill time . . I woke up early to attend promo meeting just to be told that I didn’t qualify. Was a waste of my time cause I spent hours listening the day before and woke up early to be disappointed. No nightlife on resort . Not very organized. Nothing aside from live band to entertain. Was very disappointed that I spent money and didn’t enjoy experience.

Coral Springs is like a small town, you have everything at your disposal. The staff are friendly and always happy to help. The welcoming smiles from arrival and throughout were appreciated. The room was clean and spacious and the pool view was everything and more. You don't need to leave the resort as everything is right there but if you are someone who likes excursions there are plenty of things to get into.
There are many options for places to eat, from a buffet to a sit-down restaurant meal from a menu. It is impossible to get bored with this much variety. There are numerous bars throughout the resort so a lovely cocktail is never too far away!!.
The entertainment team were always fun, providing good music and activities daily, they provided a lovely combination of Jamaican culture alongside the rest of the world and kept the vibes just right.
I have to acknowledge the staff as they were always very well presented and always ready to assist. I love that a lovely young lady called Camay at the privilege lounge looked after us most mornings and in no time she knew our orders. Angie at the reception had the brightest smile which was always lovely to see. The management team were always on hand making sure everything and everyone was happy, both Phillip and Shanardo were visible throughout the resort daily which is always nice to see. As a customer it helps to know even the managers are at your disposal should you require any assistance but I found with these two managers that they would check in before a problem came about which shows the importance of customer satisfaction. I can appreciate managers who don't hide out in an office and go around welcoming guests and extending help and support where needed.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and are already planning a return trip. Coral Springs has all the elements needed for a much-needed break.
I have no faults or complaints about any aspect of my stay. I had an amazing time and will visit again soon. I did not want to leave in all honesty.

I love the upscale ambiance! I love the friendly resourceful staff! And I love loved the food! Last but definitely not least I loved Kris that does the photos by the pool!
I wish the property had more pools! Also I hated the wait time for the elevator! Also my AC didn’t work and it wasn’t fixed at all! I didn’t mind because I rarely spent time in the room however that should have been taken care of immediately! I was told several times they would but they didn’t!

From coordinating room decorations to facilitating restaurant bookings, she ensured every minor detail of my stay was taken care of. Although my stay was short, I truly felt like my business was valued, and my special day was made to feel very special indeed. I must say my family and I had a great encounter with Nicolet( Red Snapper)and Kamario (Martha’s Market).
My first evening I went to front desk for a key for my mom’s room because I didn’t want to let her keep getting up to let me in. Please note my name is booked on both reservation and I am paying for both rooms. I present my drivers license which I used to check in. The young lady proceed to ask me for my government ID, I stated to her that is my ID and that is what I use to check I turn and share more details by saying I am Jamaican but I do not live here. She stated how they allow you to check in with this ID in a condescending manner, please note it is my valid driver’s license for Turks and Caicos. I ask her for her
name she gave a name started with D- Dedrie (she had natural hair pull in a ponytail) I literally shut down so my sister decided to proceed with conversation requesting the keys. I decided I am not going to let this ruin my son’s birthday celebration we avoid the staff altogether as they were unfriendly and not helpful. Today I approached front desk to check out, while dealing with the agent I noticed another young lady at the desk starring at me and rolling her eyes, I ask the lady checking me out what is her problem she stated she doesn’t know, that young lady roll her eyes at me the entire time just a word of advice remove sherry-ann from front of house very rude and unprofessional. The rooms where not properly cleaned dirty/ stain sheets on a arrival bed and bathroom dirty. If they clean the property this will be a beautiful resort and either train the staff or let them go because they are clearly not happy and it is affecting your guest. I must say my worst experience at a hotel. They do not respect Jamaicans at this hotel, you are treated differently from everyone else.

The staff were warm n friendly. The food was great, the restaurant on point with the dishes. My son enjoyed the water park. The beach butlers were amazing. Beach party n disco did shot!
Bowling was super fun. The entire property was amazing. I enjoyed every moment n so did my son.
I didn't like the fact that the water slides were for kids only but my son had a great time there.
