The floor plan is perfect as each king suite had a private bath. The furniture was adequate in the living area. Toaster did not work very well. TVs in 3 of the bedrooms did not work. Other than that, fabulous. I would definitely go back!

Very well maintenance. Close to the beach. Great communication with Claire. I never felt this was a “townhome”. We had a little issue with the AC and management was very responsive and solve the issue first thing next morning. The space was great and the neighborhood was very quite. Will love to rent again!

Incredibly happy with the responsiveness of the owners as well as the property. Location is ideal. House is lovely and well kept. Ran into a normal rental wear-and-tear situation (broken beach wagon) and it was replaced immediately. We were very impressed.

We had quite a large crew. The house was big enough that we didn't feel that we where on top of each other. The kids (ages 5 and 7) loved the pool and the bunkbeds. Short walk to the beach. There are two bikes, 4 beach chairs, sand toys. We also liked that there was a washer/dryer on the property. The property also has a shower outside for rinsing off the sand. I loved the way the home was decorated. It made me feel right at home. The Publix grocery store is only about 10 min. away. We did stop there before we went to the property. (picked up paper products and snacks) The home did have 2 rolls of TP in each bathroom with small bars of bath soap. The kitchen had 1 roll of paper towels, small bottle of dish soap, and some dishwasher tabs.

This was a great rental for a multi generation vacation. Lots of privacy for each bedroom and the kids had their own bunk room. The pool was a huge hit and it has sun and shade all day long. There are multiple beach chairs for use along with toys and an umbrella (the boogie boards and umbrella were broken). The kitchen is large and spacious and great for making meals. It lacks proper pans and other cooking supplies. Make sure you rent a golf cart for getting around and see the sunsets!

This house was perfect! If I owned a vacation home, this would be it! Pool received plenty of sun. Only a 3 block walk to the beach!

This was our first time renting a duplex so I was a bit nervous but honestly can say you would never know there were people next door. We loved everything about this house! It was beautiful inside and out! Great pool and the kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. It's not a far walk to the beach either. I would definitely rent this property again!

Great pool and location .. 2 blocks to the beach. Was well equipped with beach chairs, a cooler and sand toys.

Perfect for 2 families of 4. Plenty of room. Pool was a big hit with the kids. Beach is close. Bikes were used everyday too. It was a great time to de stress during this pandemic.
