Clean, convenient and comfortable.
My only minor issue was the lack of parking.

Location was ideal and it had everything I needed.
It is getting a little tired with things like the towel rail coming away from the wall in the shower room. The ding in the bed base is a bit unappealing as well but I appreciate these things are hard to put right between bookings. There was a mix up with the codes sent for key retrieval.

The anonymity, being left to our own devices, but knowing that help was next door if required.
The room itself was very clean and modern, and in good repair. The location is very convenient for reaching by car from the West.
The only down side to our stay was the unbelievable heat, but that is hardly anyone's fault!! The very good shower was a blessing in the circumstances.....

Easy walk into village, Pubs near by as well as eating places.Train station gave easy access to London.
All was well with the amount of time spent at Annex.

it was cosy comfortable clean and convenient for local shops and pubs in nice area
fold down bed was bit of shock but it was pretty comfortable.

The bed sheets were dirty, mud on the floor, I couldn’t park in the drive as the neighbour was parking there and when I parked it someone knock on the door wake me up while I was sleeping and asked me to move the car. No toilet paper I had to buy. in rest everything was nice, I would come again and I will recommend it as well. Thank you

Excellent location and easy check in and check out. Was perfect for a couple or single person. Very clean.
The bed was a bit uncomfortable. The mattress could do with being renewed or thicker but was fine for a night or two. There also was no microwave although it was advertised as having one.
