Not much, to be honest.

When we arrived the check in staff informed us that the wrong type of room was reserved and we would be moved to the correct one in the next day, when I could also talk to the manager. No more explanation or sympathy was given, just “tomorrow you talk to the manager”. The manager was extremely friendly and helpful, no complaints there, but extremely inconvenient to have to pack your things and move halfway in your holidays. Bar staff was majorly very difficult to deal with… Dimitri was extremely nice but some guy name Chris looked and acted determined to make the holidays even more unpleasant…. Always arguing and making things more difficult than it needed to be. But, to be honest, based on how we were treated overall while in the country, I can see that the good customer service we got from the manager and Dimitri was the exception, not the rule.

Beautiful and relaxing place. Nice and carefully stuff.

Cozy, good location, good food and drinks, good pool. Very cozy bar and lounge area near the pool. I would especially like to mention the massage service. We visited the massage department and received extremely friendly and helpful service, a flexible range of massage services and an individual approach. The girl at the reception Olga spoke English and Russian, which was convenient.

Few seats at the pool, not enough for everyone, you have to get up early and occupy a sunbed. Inconvenient location of electrical outlets in the room, the lack of dryers for towels and bathing accessories. Not enough dumbbells of different weight in the gym. No navigation around the hotel (information signs), it is easy to get lost on the first day.

The restaurant was nice. And basically, that is the only thing that we can say that we liked. We were a group of 8 people and the entire group was very disappointed from this hotel!

- The WIFI was BAD!!!! Almost no WIFI at all - When we entered the room the sheets were dirty! - The cleaner lady did not clean the room properly! - There were not enough chair around the pool - The rooms were so uncomfortable! - The facilities in the room were very old!

the beds had bed bugs which caused me to get bites all around my body.

Nice resort! Adult only! Comfortable rooms! Kind stuff and pretty central location!

The food in the buffet, options for choice to eat on the bar, and the biggest issue was getting water to the room in the morning when you are super thirsty, it is a very project to arrange a couple of water bottles to your room, even when you pay for it.

Staff go beyond to make your stay special. We were in Ayia Napa for Classic Car Festival and the safe parking for our car was essential which the hotel has.

There was nothing not to like. Safe and peaceful haven.

Friendly staff, nice drinks, neat rooms, central location

Although it's an older hotel, it's very well maintained. I really liked the atmosphere of the Spanish style Court yard and pool area, it was very quaint. Friendly & helpful staff. Location. Direct access to Pepper Lounge through lobby

The food was below average starting with the eggs at breakfast They were rubbery and hard like plastic, hash browns soggy. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad at Soma for lunch and took 2 bites. The lettuce was DROWNING in dressing making it VERY soggy and the chicken was over cooked and tough, I didn't eat it. I expected a lot better food being that the restaurants in the front ( Pepper, Central, Sale e Pepe) are very good.
