Location
The rest room was not clean.The wifi was not working intially and staff was not helpful.The hotel reception area need upgrading.food quality was just average.The room rent is overrated for the facilities and cleanliness.

Staff were good.
Room offered had to be changed as it was not the one I had booked. Even in the new room I needed a few things taken care of as they were disfunctional

Big rooms
First of all, I asked the hotel to get me a taxi driver at the airport: no answers, neither through Booking or their official email. The hotel bar smells very bad, we decided to go outside. Finally, I didn’t appreciate the lack of flexibility when I asked fired eggs and it was 30 min before the breakfast time (I had to leave early)

The location was good and easily accessible from the rest of the city. Rooms were clean.
The staff were not friendly. very stubborn attitude on checkin in. I arrived with two big trolleys and a small trolley but nobody bothered to help me to take it to the my 7th floor room. The same happened when I checked out. Nobody bothered to help with the luggages. I saw that it’s the same with families checking out too. The family members were helping themselves.
There was not a single smile from the staff members during my entire stay. For the price we pay we expect more courtesy and more help from the staff.

The location was the only positive
Highly understaffed and poor breakfast, poor maintenance and hygiene. Waiting time for check in was 30 - 60 mins.

Excellent staff. Great menu. Good airport drop.
The AC was not checked and we had to sweat it out for 1/2 hr. However it was immediately rectified and then it was very comfortable.

They are charging extra tax total tax they have take. From me is 18% kindly take some action

Lemon Tree has always been amongst the best in Chennai for their comfortable stay and well spread buffet. I had a reservation with Lemon Tree this March 30th till April 2nd. The stay was very comfort and I was upgraded to next level when early check-in. Staffs were very cooperative and polite enough. The sanitized rooms were well maintained and the lobby, restaurant were kept with hand sanitizers and on each floors too.
The breakfast buffet was tasty and felt like home cooked food. Udesh and Ashwin, both ensured that my stay was comfortable enough and had constant communication with me throughout ensuring everything went smooth.

The breakfast had a variety of dishes which were good and fulfilling. The staff behaviour was really good.
Few other amenities could be added to the room.
You can have signboard to b added outside room like DND or press bell for Food or something specifically so that the customer is not disturbed if he/she is sleeping or into some other important work
