This could be a wonderful rental if the owners made a little effort. It’s a lovely space in a good location.

The blind for the window directly over the bed did not work so the light was streaming in even at night (an entire fixing was missing so this was definitely known about) so we were unable to get our children to sleep until it was dark outside and we all woke with the sunrise. A room rental should allow you to sleep at a very minimum. Despite reserving reserving parking 3 days in advance and being promised instructions, these were not given and required me chasing up a number of times, then the car park key was not available and we were advised simply to wait until someone brought it back (which took 1.5 hours). In total it took 3 hours of out day and a lot of effort on our part to part. We were charged city tax for 4 people despite the owners knowing only 2 were over 18. Having paid I discovered that tax is not needed for children. so have requested a refund but have not heard anything back from the owners. The television did not work and just said ‘no signal’. There is only a tiny sink and no shelf in the bathroom so absolutely nowhere to keep your toiletries. There is a steep staircase within the room with railings that are very far apart so the room is definitely not safe for toddlers/babies. The railings on the main stairs leading to the apartment are not maintained and some are broken - which we found out as my daughter was climbing up them - also not safe for children.

Nice building in a good location, next to the city center. Parking is good and the staff is very receptive and supportive.

The apartment is very cosy and spacious, the location is good and nearby parking is available, on behalf of the property. Kitchen is properly equipped and apartment has enough facilities.

Liked everything

Perfect location, plenty of space for our family. The host was super helpful. Would 100% stay again, even more so because we now know how to get parking access etc. Cleaners were also fabulous and so friendly.

It was quite tricky getting to the car park and finding the key (I believe someone had taken it with them) and due to all one way streets. There was also a lot of noise when we stayed from the apartment upstairs when they came back late at night - however this was not the owners fault.

It was clean and good facilities. The location was perfect.

The apartment we stayed in was totally different than what’s showing in the pictures. Not that it was bad but it had nothing to do with the photos.

This was a lovely apartment with its own little terrace ..had such character really enjoyed the stay.

A tv was included but with no access to the main channels. There was no plug on the wash basin and nowhere to hang towels. We were told we could leave our cases in the hallway but the front door was not secure and was often left open.

The apartment is in a great location for sightseeing.

Not very clean or welcoming- cleaning supplies left out everywhere, dusty and stained chairs, hairs all over the complimentary hair dryer, super noisy neighbours and flooring. Also very hot and one fan did not work. Do NOT recommend for families.

It was in the old city center, everything was so close. We had a rustic feeling in the apartment.

Stairs were so high and dark, the motion sensor lamp did not work properly - I could not switch on.

Owners are easy to reach via WhatsApp, everything considerately arranged including manual for washing machine and sofa bed👍🏻 many cooking ingredients in the kitchen. walking distance to anywhere

The appartement has a superb location and the hosts responded swiftly and detailed to any questions.

It gets quite noisy in the appartment: noises from the street and/or other guests. The appartement was clean, but the finishing could be better. Loose electricity cables, a hole in the kitchen, unpainted walls, etc.

The location of the apartment was very good and convenient. The apartment had a kitchen and table and chairs so we were able eat dinner and breakfast there when it was snowing and rainy outside.

Finding our parking lot was bit difficult because of one way streets in old town. When we got there, we weren't sure if the parking was where we were told but when I checked with the owner, he sent me a picture quickly and was able to park with no issues. So this isn't really what I didn't like about the apt.

Great location and large apartment. Host was very helpful and even allowed a late checkout!
