We were in UAE for 6 days, First two days stayed at IBIS Dragonmart. Service was harible. Shifted to your place, it was amazing, satisfied. We will recomnd all our guests to this place in future requirements

The staff were very friendly , helpful and courteous. Always answered my questions with a smile! The room was exceptionally clean at all times. The cleaning staff were also extremely polite and helpful.

After I did the Reservation I realized that my flight will arrive 1am and sent an email to the Facility asking them for the Check-in at this time. They didn't mention that I need to pay Extra Night for that Neither the Extra Cost. Meanwhile they just said Extra 150AED for the Early Check-In. Once I reached the Facility around 2:30am the Receptionist told me that I have to pay an Extra Night. taking into Consideration that I paid for 3 Nights ±1,200AED I ended up paying an Extra 1,250AED for just one Night which is almost the same rate for the 3 Nights

The staff were very friendly, attentive and responsive to requests. The reception desk staff and the breakfast staff were very good and welcoming.

The wifi signal particularly in the rooms was quite weak. But that did not stop me from enjoying my stay at the hotel.
