Parfait pour une dernière nuit à Tokyo en attendant l'avion. Chambre très confortable, isolée du bruit et toujours très propre. Proche du centre du quartier qui offre petits restaurants japonais.

The room size, the size, no space to open bag, only one plug point, you have to pick amenities from reception, no water in the room, slight damp smell in the bathroom due to poor ventilation

L'hôtel est situé près de l'aéroport et possède une navette gratuite ce qui est très appréciable. Les chambres sont très petites mais pour une nuit, ça fait le job.

Le lit est collé au mur, la superficie de la chambre est vraiment minuscule

Good size, clean room. Hotel is very close to the airport and has a shuttle bus in the morning which was very helpful. Is close to subway links too.

Very convenient location to Haneda airport. Loved their free shuttle bus service!

Rooms were very small but we stayed 1 night hence didn't mind

Free airport shuttle was great to Haneda Terminal 1 which then allowed us to transfer to Terminal 3 for our flight. I really appreciated that we were able to leave our luggage with the front desk until our flight. The room was well appointed and the in-room coffee was an unusual surprise. It's a very convenient location to Haneda airport and was easy to get to on the Keikyu Line (stop KK14?). The room was very quiet and the very clean.

The pillows are a little strange and there was a lack of an explanation for them being strange. I didn't ask for alternate pillows so not sure if they are available.

Very new and clean, well designed room. Breakfast was delicious. Staff helped me out with a luggage issue and taxi. Airport shuttle makes it very convenient

There was nothing not to like, it was a very good place to end up after a long flight

I was a transit passenger so booked this hotel for its shuttle bus to the airport.

The only downside was that the shuttle bus was not available when I arrived.

1.Only member can get the bottle of water. 2.We booked two room,after we check out one of them.They can’t check the room number by the room key we gave,and disturbing my rest time for almost 20 minutes.That’s ridiculous.

The shuttle service was not frequent enough. I needed to wait for 50 mins.

Right across the street from a family mart and a few restaurants. Rooms are simple yet comfortable. Restaurant in the hotel is also nice. Shuttle to airport every 30 minutes.

The key card wouldn’t work in the morning when I went back to the room. I had to get it fixed. I don’t know if that’s normal.

Staff were very friendly and approachable; they made check-in and check-out easy, and were always helpful with answering any questions. The room was clean and comfortable.

The traffic outside was always very loud, even through the night.
